Easy to take supplement, luscious hair!
Took this supplement every day for a month; I didnât notice any drastic changes (this is supposedly really good for ppl with dandruff hair, dry scalp) but I think it did make my hair stronger and less tangled (my hair tends to tangle when itâs thin and weak)!

I wanted to make sure to finish it before leaving a review as itâs hard to know if they work off the bat. I suffer from a severely dry scalp and flakiness and found that this soothed it quite a bit which in turn I feel like itâs helped my hair. I feel like thereâs been less shedding and my scalp is less flaky. The pills are also easy to take and donât have a strange taste or smell like some supplements Iâve tried.

I like these pills, the ingredients are great and are like a multivitamin. I havenât been the most consistent, but when I do take them I notice less shedding for my hair. Iâd recommend trying out if your goal is to grow hair/less shedding.

I didn’t notice a difference for the first few weeks, but by the time I had almost finished the bottle of capsules I could see that my hair appeared slightly shinier and my scalp was less irritated although I still had some dryness and flaking. Overall, I enjoyed taking this supplement. The capsule is medium in size in comparison to other hair supplements I’ve tried and the smell/taste isn’t as strong; which was a big plus.
