One concern
The ingredients seem beneficial for glucose, althought I am concerned about the Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). The only ALA that should be used is R-ALA. If R isn’t indicated, it could be synthetic. That worries me.

Blood sugar catch all
With the science still evolving, we often have only anecdotal evidence on the effectiveness of many supplements. And, of course, everyone will have a different experience as no two bodies are the same.That said, Kayaâs product contains many of the ingredients that have shown promise in combating high blood sugar and diabetes. And, theyâve done it at an affordable price. I decided it was wise to include this product in my regimen along with separate high-dose berberine and gymnema sylvestre supplements.Recent blood work put me firmly in the diabetic range. In response, Iâve switched to a healthy low-carb diet and have added these supplements as a one-two punch for reversing the diabetes. So far, Iâve had no issues with taking the capsules and Iâm hoping my next set of labs tells a better story.
