Keppi Bench 1000 PRO- Solid Gym Equipment
I bought this bench to start a small home gym, intending to add it to a squat/barbell rack as well as free weights. The package came quickly and all parts were well wrapped and protected. Instructions for assembly were simple, not a huge amount of parts to get confused and all tools needed came supplied. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble at a easy pace taking my time. It has nice, heavy gauge tubing structure framework and the pullout knobs to adjust the angle of the rests is a nice feature (they screw a bit in and out to lock them in place if you choose as well). It has wheels along the one floor end with a handle on other end to allow easier transport and can be stood up against a wall for storage. I don’t think I will nearly need the weight capacity rated but I believe it can hold everything it states. The foam backing on pads seems fairly robust for home gym use. I got this on sale and it was worth every penny. I plan to buy another for a family member for Christmas. Highly recommend!

Way Better Than Expected!
After doing a ton of research I decided to purchase this based on other buyer’s feedback and the fact that I wanted a full-service bench that didn’t weigh almost 100 lbs and could be moved around a small home gym area.
Assembly was easy and I was able to put it together in no time flat. Several things stood out:
Pad comfort- Pad was firm but also comfortable at the same time. Way better than the low-grade benches I’ve tried in the past.
Adjustable settings- There were concerns from other users that the adjustable pin was not stable and caused the bench to slip. Never had a problem. The spring-loaded pin is sufficient and there is no need to screw it in after the fact.
Weight- This bench is way lighter than expected! I was expecting to struggle moving it around but the weight is 1/2 of what I expected. I’m guessing only 30-35 lbs as opposed to 75-80lbs
Storage- I found it is easier to store on the end that does not have the wheels
Extra Feature- If you flip the padded rollers used to hold your legs for ab work you can actually use it for nordic leg curls!
So overall the bench was well worth the investment. I got a sweet deal on it for under $200 during Prime Day. Even at full price I would have been happy.

Great bench
Bench works well, has multiple setting for incline/decline. Structure is sturdy and leather appears to be holding up well.

Excellent bench with one flaw in decline position
This is very good quality bench. Good range of motion. Sturdy. Good size. Easy to adjust. I like it and kept it. The materials and craftsmanship are what you would expect for the money. It’s not quite the same quality fabric as the next category up (the $350-500 bench range), but it’s a step up from the normal $100-200 benches in everyway except the two cons below. Obviously I was choosing between the major players in this space (especially fitness reality and flybird), and even considering splurging for the superior REP benches, but money was too tight. They all have their pros and cons. It all comes down to cost and value. This bench is a good value when it’s on sale, but at full price of $270, then definitely get the fitness reality 2000 for $200. I think it’s slightly better then the fitness reality 2000, except for the major con below. It’s going to be a lot better than the flybird benches, but those fold down and this one doesn’t. So if space is tight, then the foldable ones will be better.
The two cons of this bench are:
1. The leg position in decline is horrible. It could really mess up your knees I think. There was clearly no testing on this. The position is just wrong on full decline and does not adjust. Basically it holds your knees past 90 degrees and straight up hurts. Also, to adjust the lock pad requires an allen wrench instead of a handscrew, which is just stupid. These are critical errors in design. An add on foot locker could fix this, but no way Keppi is going offer that. They should though. If Keppi fixed this it would be 5/5 all day long, but a lot of people will want this bench for decline sit-ups and the leg lock position makes this feature unusable (or painful at the very least). I am able to do decline work, but I just don’t lock my legs in the way your supposed to. It’s a disappointment, but not a complete deal breaker. Buy one and you’ll find out exactly what I mean.
2. There is no easy way to store this bench. It’s big and in the most used flat position, it does not stand upright safely (you have to unscrew/adjust to an more angled position and then it will stand upright). So I wouldn’t get it if space is tight and your going to be storing it that way. This isn’t a deal breaker, but it’s a weakness that could be easily resolved with testing. It will take up the floor space it requires and not store away or fold down easily. That’s fine, not really a con, just be aware.

Easy Assembly and Stable
This bench was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy and stable. Fairly compact and even with my small frame, I can move it around in my room. My husband was impressed with the decline option and flexibility of the angles of the bench. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Solid, reliable workout bench for home gym
The Weight Bench 1000 PRO is everything I wanted and more for my home gym, I’ve been using it almost daily for 4 months now. Easy to put together and has not required any subsequent tightenings. Reliable and quick to switch between incline/declination angles, locks solidly into place with zero issues. Able to hit a wide variety of muscle groups, comfortable for face-up or face-down workouts. Padding is soft enough for comfort vs. durability and the stitching has so far held up great, no problems. Zero scuffs/marks on my foam rubber gym mats where I do my workouts, the bench rolls easily and quietly out of the way for floor exercises. The wide footing is stable and solid as well.

Sturdy and easy to set up
I’ve had this bench since last Christmas and have used it 4-5 times a week since then. Still looks brand new. Strong and sturdy! I love all the different angles.

If youâre sceptical donât be, this is an excellent bench! I was worried if it was going to be stable enough but for a home gym this is as close to commercial grade I have found and itâs a good price. Itâs comfortable and easy to adjust angles and it took 15 minutes to put together. If you lift heavy you have nothing to worry about, there is no wiggle, it is very stable!

First off, i rarely review anything on here. After assembling this bench, I just had to!
Itâs an amazingly solid bench. I was looking for something that had multiple incline angles for shoulder presses and incline bench press as well as a decline for decline presses. This does it all! Extremely stable and the leg padding add on for decline is thick and comfortable. I saw in the reviews that someone complained about it and said they were extremely uncomfortable for decline but i dont see how. You can adjust the leg pads closer or further away from the bench and can also adjust the lower leg padâs height to accommodate leg length. Found the perfect sweet spot for me and itâs extremely comfortable.
Overall, this feels like commercial gym equipment in my own home. Materials used are of high quality and certainly look very durable and adjustments for angles are a breeze. I did purchase on special and recommend buying to any friend. Worth every penny!!

I was concerned that what might arrive wasnât as strong and resilient as the pictures but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to put together and very durable and strong. Very happy to recommend.

Bought for a 6′ 2″ 250 lb heavy lifter for reference. Review from them for the first week:
⢠Solid frame, a little lighter than those costing twice as much. No wiggle which is the important part.
⢠I like the screw in Popper Pins for the extra security. I can see an argument to grind the threads down if you prefer speed of adjustment.
⢠Tons of angles and clearly marked. On decline I’ve removed the top roller as I found it applying more pressure on my knees than I was comfortable with. Smaller lifters may not experience this. Works fine without the top roller as I brace my core over relying on the rollers.
⢠The pad material is solid. The thickness is low but expected at this price point. I might mod this later.
I’m happy with it so far. It arrived in perfect condition. The Assembly was straight forward and compatible with tools of your own if you don’t want to use the supplied versions. I may update this on longer testing and I rarely have hit a 5 star piece of equipment unless a premium price is paid.

Huge upgrade to the home gym without breaking the bank. Consider forking out the extra bit of cash for this over a Flybird bench or similar, youâll thank yourself.
