This stopped my shedding in the first month but then it all fell out again!
Update: my hair was doing great but then started falling out again and faster than before. I have now started taking Viviscal in the morning and this at bedtime. My hair is thicker and is growing like crazy! I purchased this product 2 years ago outside of Amazon and bought it in a 6 pack special. I was desperate as my hair was getting that 40s thinning and falling out stage. I noticed a change after the first bottle (it takes a while to notice hair growth) but then it was exponential! My hair which normally grows a couple of inches a year became not only thicker, more of it but was growing an inch a month! I ran out and wasn’t financially willing to do it again so I bought the Hair and Nail supplements fro Costco. NOPE! I noticed my hair thinning and falling out again and the growth slowed. I luckily saw that I could purchase Kerotin on Amazon and tried it again. I haven’t even finished the first bottle and I as well as my hair dresser are noticing the change. I compared ingredients out of curiosity between the Costco and Kerotin and found that they are basically the same ingredients but in different amounts. Whatever the combo is in Kerotin is definitely the right combo! Give it a go! I think you’ll be very impressed! Pair it with PHYTO PHYTOJOBA shampoo. This is expensive and a very different consistency from what you’re used to (watery) but it’s amazing! I look forward to saving up some pennies to try the Kerotin hair oil. Enjoy!

It works for me
I’m sure it doesn’t work for everyone but it has been working very well for me. I’ve been using Kerotin for about 18 months; I started when I began having massive breakage and thinning with peri-menopause. I began taking these vitamins and they do work very well. My hair thickened and became less brittle with less breakage within a couple of months. However, if I pause the vitamins I get hair fall again. Combine these vitamins with a better hair care routine (non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners, less heat and product) to see if it will work for you too.

I have been using these for over 6 months now and I do feel an improvement in my hair, mainly I see ânewâ baby hair growing. I also feel my hair shiner. I think I can attribute it to the vitamins since I have not changed any other routines.

Too soon to tell
Products meant to slow hair loss or improve hair health generally take 3-6 months to evaluate. I bought this because my usual keratin hair powder that I get at GNC has been unavailable/out of stock lately. My nails are much stronger and growing much faster with this supplement. That I can see already. This product has been constipating, for me, probably due to the iron content, but the iron is also likely why my nails are healthy for a change. Haven’t seen any change in my hair from the keratin powder I usually use, except that on Saturday when I washed my hair an alarming amount of it fell out. Like chemo-level alarming. However, that could be due to the fact that I got a sunburn last week, and was also sick (although neither of those things ever made my hair fall out before, so…) I’m not going to blame this product for the huge handful of hair I lost on Saturday unless it happens again throughout this week. I do plan to go back to the other product when it’s available again. Or maybe use half-and-half.

I started using this in 2021. My hair started falling out after menopause. Iâm 55 now and Iâve been using this with nothing else and I only lose a little hair now because I have a thyroid disorder.
