Inspiring and Empowering
Finished this book in two days. As someone currently considering getting into Keto (but extremely addicted to carbs), this book made me feel empowered to give it a shot. This is truly the best book (and audio book) on Keto and its health benefits, I’ve ever read and/or listened to. Clear and concise read with an easy format based on questions and answers that clarify and clear up the keto myths. The authors give thorough explanations of each question and topic without being overly scientific and mundane. I highly recommend this book to anyone thinking of trying keto or those who are experienced with the keto diet. The book reinforces all the positive reasons as to why I started the keto diet and debunks (with evidence, mind you) all the negative concepts that have cropped up due to misinformation.

Technically written but plainly explained
I’ve heard so much about the Keto diet and this book is a good reference for all the details! I learned the benefits of the diet, the male vs. female body’s reaction to the keto diet, the foods I should eat, the food replacements for what I am currently eating, and more! I find the chapter on going out to eat to be very daunting, however. The repeated phrase “always ask for your meal to be cooked in a healthy fat” to be unrealistic, so eating out will be a challenge for your Keto diet. One of the most encouraging aspects of the book is to anyone —to learn to read the Nutrition Labels and change the automatic way we all eat! Just following SOME of the suggestions given by Gustin and Irvin will provide you a healthier diet and a healthier YOU!!

The Best Book on Keto I’ve Found!
A little over two years ago I started a ketogenic diet out of sheer panic. I was eating everything “right” but my weight and all of my health markers were spiraling out of control. Plus, I was constantly hungry. Fortunately for me, I didn’t buy anything, I just sort of faked my way into it. I say fortunately, because there is so much inaccurate information out there, and lord knows I didn’t need another recipe book. I was actually just doing my own research and trying this out on my own body, with incredible results. I ran across Dr. Anthony Gustin quite a while ago through Perfect Keto. Dr. G is one of the guys you can trust on this subject, so I bought the book right off the first announcement. I wish I had this at the start, I’d be a year further along this journey (he listed a lot of mistakes I made the first year!). This has all of the information (and correct information at that) that you need to get started, or keep going and/or correct course if needs be. I love the format, especially the “short answers.” Even though I’ve spent probably hundreds of hours of research, I found new information to hunt down. Also, I’m having my wife read this so Dr. Anthony can explain to her why I’m spending “too much money” on high quality food. Great reference, great read!

Iâve been following a keto diet for much of the past three years and have been a disciple of Dr. Gustin and Chris Irvin for most of that time, and Iâm still learning things about keto and how it works from this book. Thereâs no ambiguity or contradictory data; just clear, concise, and actionable information that leads to achievable results. Great book for those interested in learning how to do the keto diet
I have always struggled with my diet like most people. I would fall into the newest fad and then flame out and end up right back where I started from. Not only that but 100% of the time I had no idea why I was dieting the way I was dieting. I just followed someone’s blog or internet post. After reading Keto Answers, not only have I been keeping up with the life style but I actually understand the science and reasoning behind it. This book is extremely easy to read and very helpful in many ways.

Great Book For Understanding Keto
My husband had been watching a number of videos about keto on YouTube and thought it might be a worthwhile diet/lifestyle for him because of his joint pain and reactions to sugars. I didnât know much about keto so I grabbed this book to learn more and boy did I learn. This book covers the myths surrounding keto and the right way to do keto and why you should consider doing keto. I am now at the end of my first week of doing keto and so far so good.
