    Incredibly useful and beautifully presented – Highly Recommended
    Stunningly good book – simple and clear – first of all it explains all about Keto, how it works and what foods to eat and to avoid and all of the health benefits (including dispelling the myths). But then the recipes are all fantastic. My mouth was watering when I first read and saw the images and I had to try them out. The Garlic Butter Steak Bites and the Cauliflower & Chicken Fried Rice are a couple of my personal favourites – amazing tasting meals that you can enjoy on a diet. Of course, like all diets you have to have some restraint around certain foods (sugar for example) but they even have this covered with the Keto desserts section. This book is essential for keeping your motivation high as it has so many great recipes that you still get to have treaty food and lose weight. I’ve already lost half a stone. It’s also really practical and easy to use as well – it has suggested meal plans and conversion tables for measurements. It’s all there for you – you just have to buy the ingredients, follow the recipes and get to eat amazing food.

    I finally found a book on the ketogenic diet that addresses the physical and nutritional needs of the over 60s. Well done the introductory explanation part and there are a lot of good recipes with color pictures, nutritional info e ingredients with quantities.

    A book on the ketogenic diet that clearly and professionally explains the topic, suitable for beginners over 60. Very well done recipe section, with color pictures, nutritional values, ingredients with all quantities inidicated and step by step explanation of the recipe. Allergens are also written. Completing the book is a 28-day meal plan created with the recipes in the book and the page number given to easily find them.
