Should be 2 stars Recipes do not include Macros or American Weight & Measures.
The book really is a 2 star book, but I gave it 3 stars because it did provide a great deal of good information from pages 7 to 40, but then it fell short after that. The recipes were overly simplified and flavored with nothing but salt and pepper, with a suggestion of dill or parsley every now and then. There are no macros given with any of the recipes so if you are like many, you want to know what amounts of macros you are consuming for better recipe adjustment and substitutions, forgetaboutit… Then the final blow was everything was in grams not the American standard of ounces, so I have had to go thru and convert weights to conform with standard packaging information. not happy with the purchase.
