I worried about ordering this, along with the workbook, because of a few reviews complaining about the large type and that the information was for beginners. I really like the larger print, itâs easy to read. As for this being a beginnerâs book, Iâve struggled to be keto. Iâve tried for over 2 years by following keto Utube channels and blogs, but failed. Finally, these two books gave me the information, instructions, incentive and kick I needed to get serious. I would recommend these books to anyone that struggles with keto and health issues that keto can solve. Well organized and clear instructions.

David’s story, complete with ups and downs, is very encouraging. I have read the book two times and I understand the process better each time. I don’t know how anyone succeeds on a keto diet without this book
Finally, there is a book that teaches you what is going on when you go on a keto diet! This book was worth every penny I spent on it. This book explains every problem I have ever encountered or heard of that has caused someone to think the keto diet wasn’t the diet for them. Dr. Boz teaches you how to measure insulin without the expensive and time-consuming test a doctor would order. She also shows you how to know if you have inflammation and how to correct it if you do.This book showed me what I needed to do to reduce both my insulin and inflammation which have been doing harm to so many other systems in my body for a long time. She even shows how to speed up the transit time for your food to pass through your body to a healthy level and how to correct the basic reason people get keto constipation and not each incident of constipation that will reoccur if you don’t correct the reason for it. I thought since I had a BM once a day that I was fine in that department, until I followed her advice and ate beets to time my transit time. It took 72 hours for those beets to show up in my stool. That is way to long, and was contributing greatly to my chronic inflammation. After 12 weeks on this diet, I have lost 16 lbs without getting flabby, my arms have lost most of the “wings” I had, (I’m 65) and my stomach is firming up. I’ve been able to lower my fasting blood sugars from 105 to 85 and I have identified which foods raise my insulin regardless of what the label says. I have also been able to identify exactly which foods and which stresses in my life raise inflammation. This is huge for me. I now know that when I don’t lose weight, that fat is still being burned and lost, but the lack of weight loss is due to inflammation from something I am sensitive to.This book is my new “Keto Bible” I keep going back to it every time I hit a bump. I have done this diet before and it was hard. When I did this diet before, I thought it was a good idea to move to leaner, “healthier” meats. That caused me to quit keto because I stopped losing weight. I had no idea what I was really doing back then.It was wonderful this time to completely bypass the keto flu and to know immediately what to do when I got leg cramps or felt tired or weight loss stalled. Now I understand the consequences of so many more of my choices to the healing keto environment inside of my body. I am already seeing less wrinkles and feeling better than I have in years. This book is a “must have” for me.

This is a fantastic book! I had tried going Keto before and while I had some success it was a real struggle. This book clearly identified where I went wrong and it gives practical, methodical advice which makes so much sense. I read it over a weekend, I couldnât put it down. The style is so engaging and yet still covers the science of keto and how keto chemistry is so important not just for weight loss but for improving your health on a cellular level. Iâm so incredibly grateful to have found this book. Itâs truly life changing.

It is written in a very understandable way so that everyone can get the most out of it. Very profound and inspiring and supporting approach. Along with the weekly webinars Dr Boz gives on Youtube, these books are the must haves if you want to start and stay on trac on the ketogenic path.
