I’ve read a couple of books on the Keto diet. I really like this one because it includes the meal plans. I have the tendency to stick with a recipe that I like then eat that food until I get tired of it. With the simple extra guidance in this book, I find it easier to break away from my old habit. Almost perfect guidebook.
It’s great that I managed to buy this book at a discount! At first, I thought that the Ketogenic diet is a complete nonsense because when we grow thin we want to get rid of fat, and this book offers a lot of recipes with a lot of fats. But from this guidebook, I learned that there are good and bad fats. In this book, of course, there are monotonous recipes, and this is a small minus, but you will definitely learn something new!

Originally was only going to give 1 star but info is nicely written. BORING! If youâre a beginner in most things, PHOTOS are a must, especially with recipes! Sadly the only & best photo is the front cover. Photo of author on back page is nice however the website info is incorrect, so…Recipes are probably pretty good but since we were not sure how the end result should look, decided we were better off just winging it. If you Eat With Your Eyes, look for something else

I think this is a great book to start the ketogenic diet. It has a lot of useful information and a lot of delicious recipes. I started the ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago using the recipes and I have lost 5 lbs.I recommend this book for beginners or those curious about keto.
