Sticks and stays flexible on outdoor spa vinyl cover seams
After the pandemic, my spa cover tripled in cost apparently because the foam comes from China via slow boat. Whatever. They only last 5 to 6 years in the Arizona sun anyway, but the first thing to go is always the seams. I have a super huge sundance maxxus with a double fold cover, so that is 2 seams. I decided to try to get another year or two out of my new — much more expensive — cover and tried this tape to protect and seal the seams. I carefully washed and UV protected the covers first with my usual sort of quarterly aerospace 303 treatment, then applied this tape to the seams. Stuck like duct tape, but a little more stretchy, which is good because one of the seams folds over the bar that is used to flip the cover off the spa over the end. So far, it has stuck well with daily use for 3 months in over 100 degree daily temperatures (F). Still has the nice gray color, too, without any fading. (Although I did pick too light a color when ordering, I will get a darker one if this roll ever runs out.) Great stuff!

I used this canvas tape to repair holes that a rodent chewed in my canvas jet ski cover. The tape stuck very well. I rounded the corners of the patches, as instructions said, to help prevent raveling. Time will tell how long the patch lasts, but it seems fairly heavy duty. The tape is a good value, as it comes in a 4 inch by 5′ roll, but cost less than a pair of 4″ x 4″ patches from other vendors.

I used this today to repair a couple holes in my boat cover. It’s easy to use in that you just cut the needed size, peel off the backing, and stick it into place. The material is not as heavy as the canvas I’m repairing but I put a piece on each side of the repair location so hopefully it will work. The adhesive seems strong enough to stay in place but I won’t be able to tell for sure until it’s been in place for a while. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. I may increase the rating if it proves durable.

Needed to fix a hole
Loved how easy to use this was. I had a hole in a back pillow that was ripping from the sitch. I tied the sitch off and use this patch to fix the hole. It was the perfect width and I was able to cut the length I wanted. It completely covered the hole and the edges right now seem to be pretty sticky. Will update this after a few months of usage and see if the sides rolled up.

Our patio swing awning was falling apart at the corners (wind and wear and tear), and I looked around at multiple fabric stores for patches and I could not find anything. I stumbled on this product by mistake, and I ordered it right away. It is exactly what we needed.
