I have been struggling with scarring alopecia for several years. Basically, my hair follicles start to grow two hairs each instead of one, get infected, then die and scar over. I’ve tried several different products to curb the itching and flaking, but none have worked…UNTIL NOW.This product is the real deal. I’ve used it for a few weeks, and it has totally changed my scalp. I’ll be reordering on a regular basis.UPDATE 3/10/2015: The first bottle is still going strong. The product last a LONG time because you need so little to get a full lather. I’m still surprised by how well it works, when dermatologists and my family physician were unable to resolve my issues for several years. My hair loss has completely subsided (while I still have enough hair to cover one thinning spot in the back) and I have NO issues with infections or scarring alopecia as long as I continue to use the product. I’ve tried to moderate my use, but if I stop using it for a week or so, my symptoms come back. Nevertheless, after returning to Kitikiti for a few days, I get back to a healthy scalp.I suppose these folks have a customer for life. I’ve tried everything else, but this is the only product that has worked for years now.

Bumps from shaving.
Im bald and was having a lot of irritation and bumps on the back of my head right above my neck after I shave. I switched shaving creams and started using this as a shampoo. The difference was pretty instant. The irritation in my scalp dissipated and I havent had any problems or bumps since. Also it doesnt have a bad smell.

Strong smell
I’m not sure if it works yet… but man this stuff smells bad. An hour after I used it and I can still smell it. My son sitting across the table kept asking if some let one rip…I don’t think I can keep up with using it to see if it works just because of the odor… it’s pretty offensive. Would be fine if after washing it out and using conditioner if the smell went away… nope, it’s with you for the day.Use it as long as you have no plans and don’t mind smelling it…

IT LOOKS DIFFERENT BUT WORKS THE SAME
Some people are worried about the appearance but I contacted the company myself and they said an ingredient changed from coal tar to pine tar due to a shortage. However, it still works fine. I tried it myself and the product does still work despite smelling like glue now. You could probably ad coal tar if it makes you feel better.
