I have been taking these capsules daily for many years. I see no side effects. My blood pressure was slightly elevated at the start and has not moved either way since. Several doctors have told me the most effective thing I can do is to lose weight, and I was successful, a little, at doing that. I am not on any medication.Having said that, I have no idea whether the course I am on has played any role in my health. I can afford it.I know of no reputable studies that show these pills have the effect that is claimed. On the other hand, one has to be a little suspicious of claims made in these reviews that “it does not work”. The way trials work is that there is a certain level of success that has to be achieved before a claim can be validated. A substance that helps only 20% of the users does not cut it. That is fine, the other 80% would presumably be wasting their money. But what if you fall into the 20% that do see a positive effect?I take it because it does not have any side effects with me, my blood pressure has not increased over the years (although I do fight it with low salt intake, lots of vegetables and fruit, and some exercise) and I can afford it.

All I can say is my Blood Pressure came down 30 points from it’s high. My diet is good and I exercise weekly. My weight is good. This stuff is extremely effective. If your blood pressure is high, this will get it down. It says take 2 twice a day. I took 2 three times a day for the first few days and my blood pressure dropped significantly. The standard dose will be plenty now that my blood pressure is down. This is great stuff.

Tried the garlic Aged Extract formula 109 for 5 weeks, in an effort to reduce my blood pressure and avoid the side effects of traditional medicines. I did not find that the blood pressure went down at all and have had to revert to traditional treatment.I’m so sorry after having read all the glowing reports from others.
