Nice quality cool weather pants!
OK, yes these are huge on my child, but I really like them! I hope that my kid will eventually fit into them and until then, they will work, they are just super long and have a bunch of extra material in the hips. These are “girls” pants, but I don’t think that is supposed to matter at this age, so I think it is interesting how they fit. They are pretty small in the waist and very large in the hips area, as you can see in the pictures. The pants length is 21″ and the waist is about 20 1/4. (My child’s legs are just under 18″ long, and waist is 21 for reference, so the pants will need to be rolled up about 3 1/2 inches.) The hip area when they are laying flat is about 15″ across. I don’t know a 7-8 year old girl with these measurements, the hips just seem way off. But I love the bright pink color and the 2 neon yellow zipper pockets are a cute addition. The material is nice and they seem well sewn, the inside is a little bit fuzzy/fleecy and I hope they are waterproof or repellent on the outside, we will see how they do on rainy days. The zippers also seem nicely sewn, and there is a beefy metal hook that closes the waist. There are also belt loops (though I can’t imagine someone fitting in these who needs the belt loops) and little reflective pieces on the knee area. These are nice cool weather pants!

Easy to pull on, fabric is quality and thick, it is very warm and fits as expected. Good quality for the price.

Well Made Snow/Ski pants – even for Small Women
I’m an adult, but I have a hard time finding reasonably priced, good quality ski pants that fit me and come in fun colors. The majority of my cold weather working outside/hiking clothes are black, and it looks like I’m going to a funeral.With my size and shape, I saw these pants and checked the size chart, and they seemed to be a perfect fit at the 13-14 size (I’m 5’4” and range between 123-126 lbs), and they do fit perfectly. The pants are very well made, and are one of the few pairs of ski/snow pants that don’t drag on the ground. They hit perfectly at my ankles.They are a little snug around my legs when I squat down, but I can do a full squat with them on, still comfortably, without them coming down in the back at all.The waist-band is very comfortable and well sewn, and holds the pants in place without being constrictive.Great addition to my snow outdoor pants stash, and probably the best fitting ones I own.

This pair of CICVSOC Girls Winter pants is pretty good quality and feels comfy because of the soft, fleece lining. We ordered the rose red coloring which is almost like a hot pink. My daughter is obsessed with the way they look. We ordered these with next year in mind, but I am questioning whether they will fit then…The length seems appropriate for a 7/8 year old, but the waist and leg fit is very much narrow. Think skinny jean style with a straight cut foot. The waistband has next to no stretch, probably to prevent snow/rain from creeping in. However, as a “girl’s” garment, I would expect the silhouette to be better designed for growing bodies. Unless your child has a lanky, or fairly rectangular shape then this would not be a good pair for them. If your child is in need of snow pants and does have curves then sizing up will prevent any issues. You may just need to roll up the pant legs or get them hemmed.4/5
