Good form of creatine
Easy to take, just chew some gummies. You get 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per 4 gummies. It works as creatine should so no complaints there. I am not crazy about the taste or texture though. When I put them in my mouth, I get kind of an oily texture that I am not fond of but it goes away pretty quickly. The taste isn’t bad, just not really good either. Everyone’s taste is different, so maybe it’s just me. I’ve give a few to my workout partners and they like them. I give them 4 stars and I think they are priced fairly.

easy to take
I’ve been on a creatine kick these past couple of months and the gummies are the way to go for me. I like how these are easy to chew, fast to take, and no need to measure and mix anymore. I just try to to take a daily minimum of 3g a day, but with these gummies, it seems to be dosed at 5g. oh well, as I think that’s suitable for most people.

I wanted to like these creatine gummies but itâs hard to recommend when they contain substances inconsistent with what I consider healthy. Red dye 5 is banned in Europe. Sucralose – an artificial sweetener. Glucose syrup – added sugar.I should have read the ingredients more closely before ordering but I donât want a health supplement adding these to I my diet.On the plus side, they taste good- probably that sugar and sweetener doing the job there. I find them a little bit too sticky if a chew- more similar to starburst than to a gummy bear.I initially ordered because the supplement is just creatine. Iâve ordered a few similar gummies that are adding additional substances like b12, taurine, and others. These arenât necessarily bad, but I prefer to taste each on their own so I can control the distance more closely. So that isolated supplement is what you get with this gummy.I also enjoy the gummy form because you can control smaller dosage if desired. In my case I like to consume 2.5 grams daily because Iâm consuming primarily for cognitive benefit rather than for muscular reasons. The gummy dosages allow me to do that easily.So in the end, right idea, I just wish they had done it without the added dye and added sugar.

The taste of this gummies is good (strawberry & watermelon). The gummies are good size to eat and enjoy them anytime that you want. Based on the product description the serving size is four gummies. Which I took based on my workout routine. I like them a lot, I can eat more than 4 easily. The one thing I could recommend to get better is the presentation of the container, definitely can be better but the product is good.
