Just What I Wanted
I am an older woman who participated in triathlons for years. I had a small sciatica experience that stopped me for some activities. I needed something with less “pounding”. For instance I walk or jog instead of run. I gave my real jump rope away and purchased this rope. I have not turned back. It has worked wonderfully…I feel like I am jumping rope. The ball system turns smoothly. It is weighted well. The balls are quality. Some reviewers might be looking for more; however, this product works very well for my needs. I plan to let my young granddaughter use them just to let her experience the feel of jumping rope. I am very please with my purchase.

Seems silly, but it is a useful thing
A jump rope without the rope? How is that even a thing?But, I have to say these have become a useful part of my fitness regimen. I use them regularly for warm-ups or quick bursts of cardio in my office, and I don’t have to worry about hitting things or tripping over the rope because I’m not coordinated enough.I could just jump in place, but there is actually some benefit to the weighted swing – it helps set a rhythm and brings the arms into play just enough.

As someone with low ceilings it was very difficult to use a normal jump rope in my home but these have helped tremendously. One could argue you don’t need these you can just jump as if you had a jump rope. But it’s not the same the sensation is different and these definitely help! Easy to store, perfect length, has a ver well designed ergonomic grip and it’s definitely worth the price.

These weighted jump ropes are decent. I purchased a pair prior to these that I loved but my son broke them. When I received this pair, I wasn’t expecting the balls to be so large but they still got the job done. Although the ball came off of one, when I put it back it seemed to be secure enough to continue use. Just beware of the possibility of the balls becoming loose before purchasing…

I work out a lot and when i am in the house and I missed the gym for the day these really come in handy. they are also good for using while taking long walks. Def is a great workout for your forearms and help with hand and eye coordination. Since I have issues sleeping some nights, I can pull these out and do a few sets or maybe 15 -20 minutes of work and it will help get that last bit of energy out I need to go to bed.

Figured I could use these as I live in an upstairs apt and didnât want to disturb my neighbors. As soon as I took it out of the over large envelope it broke in my had , just like my dreams of becoming fitter. If I could give this product a negative -1 then that would be fitting

These are amazing ! So happy with this find! I love them and they work well for the mbf Beachbody workouts! My only thing after using them is I think the ropes are cut a little too short and at times the rotation is broken ! The bb ones seem a little longer and rotate better . Otherwise I got these for 12$ and they do their job !
