Relieve Muscle Spasms on the Spine
I primarily bought this to deep tissue my spine, from the lower back to my neck to avoid muscle spasms and it does it so well. The massage does hurt since my back muscles are sore and it is not soft, just like a good deep tissue at PT. The intermittent vibration setting is the best since deep breathing can be worked before each vibration. I love it. I have a massage gun, a smooth and bumpy foam rollers, but this peanut massage is perfect for the back and scapula region where it is hard to get to with my massage gun. It is definitely the best tool I’ve used to deep tissue the spine; it really beats using 2 lacrosse balls in a sock, which is what I also used. Also, I used my massage gun to reach back there and it takes a lot of effort unless I have a someone doing it for me. With this massager, I just lie on it and move around a little to get into the tight spots that I want to relieve tension. I want to stress that it does hurt since it is meant to go deep, but the unit needs to be hard in order to deep tissue.

LifePro 4 Speed Vibrating Massage Ball
First off, the sellers of this marvelous device over at LifePro are a pleasure to shop with. They not only provide a superior product (my purchase) but they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and stand completely behind their product in case I wasn’t happy with it. But I am very happy with this massage ball. I am a beach volleyball player in Hermosa Beach and I have many shoulder issues all from playing the game I love. I normally use 2 tennis balls taped together to get to the tight or painful areas of my shoulders, lats back etc. They do work well but they pale in comparison to the amazing 4 Speed Vibrating massage ball.It is just like two tennis balls taped together but they are larger and much firmer. The vibrating portion also seems to melt the pain away if I just zero in on a certain troubled area, lay there, take the pain, breathe and relax and the pain starts to lessen. I am still learning my way around my new companion but I am very pleased by the results. Also if this review interests you in any way and if you have questions, Jessica over at LifePro is super easy to converse with and will be happy to answer any or all questions on her product. In my opinion this vibrating massage ball is well worth it and it is something that will help me keep playing the game on the sand I love and maybe it too will help you.

    Cheap feeling, but effective.
This massage ball is not very powerful, despite what other reviews might say. It has several power modes and different massage “patterns” that you can select via the power button on the side. I would have preferred USB-C, but the DC input is fine since it’s not proprietary or an out-dated USB standard. This ball IS effective in relieving my carpal tunnel and wrist pain for short periods of time. I find when I constantly hold onto this thing, the relief is very real.I was a little disappointed because I expected it was less powerful than hoped, but the battery lasts for days with my typical usage and I guess that is a fine trade-off.The textured plastic cover that provides the grippy knobs fits poorly on mine. There’s also a bit of a rattle when I move it around while turned on, which doesn’t exactly sound normal.Overall, this is a decent purchase when on sale and it made me realize that while effective, I probably don’t need to fork out $100 on a more fancy brand – the “peanut” massage balls and massage guns are much more effective for me.

Agility balls are great for pain relief
I have owned agility balls similar to this model..and they are amazing. I love the vibrating agility ball…but the ball I received has a usb charging port rather than the one in the picture (circle port)… at first I was glad…its easier to find a charger but when I used it, I noticed the button on this ball easily turns the unit off. On the other balls I have owned you have to hold the button down for atleast 5 seconds to turn off… the problem with the button easily turning off is when you are using it to massage with… when you touch the button it turns off.. so you have to start all over again… it is disappointing and annoying. I tried numerous techniques but could not massage with the ball vibrating without accidently turning off all the time. I would like to see if the one in the picture, with the circle charge port, has the delay shut off button feature… I will let you know if I get to swap them out!

Either they redesigned it or people are idiots. . .
I orded it with the idea I couls always return it. Why? Because the two star reviews claimed it was easy turn off while moving around/rolling on it. Dude, the power button is in the end! How in the world did you accidently turn it off?I’ve only used it once, but it does what I wanted it to do–dig into the ouchy spots and jiggle. It has three settings that all work well. I have a Theragun, but you just can’t do your back with one of those. I haven’t tried this thing on the floor, but I will and I’m sure it will hurt like a, well, you know. Using it while laying on the sofa is delightful. You can still exert pressure on the ouchy spots, but obviously with less force.Yes you can buy one that doesn’t vibrate for $15, but why do that when you vibrate the ouchy spots while mashing them. Oh, and when I ordered there was a $20 off coupon so it was cheap too.

    Far too powerful
Even on the lowest setting, this was way too strong – it was so jolting that it caused pain and almost an electrical shock feeling. I had to throw it away. Do not recommend at all, and would actually advise caution when turning it on.

The Agility Ball has been great! Working a desk job, sometimes walking around and stretching isn’t enough. The Agility Ball has helped me relieve those tight knotted areas on my back and legs when I need it. I now bring it along with me at work and fire it up on my breaks.

I have been using it for lymphatic work on the six lymph node drainage areas, as well as light facial massage with finger on face while holding the ball. Hip joint muscles were the main reason I got it and it takes the Lacrosse ball to the next level. Also use on abdomen lightly for better elimination sometimes.

It helps me deal with my tight muscles. There is a design problem that the switch which turns the vibration on & off. The instructions show to put the ball on the floor, then put your body on top of the ball and finally move around so the ball rotates underneath your body and presses on your muscles as you move. The problem is with the design. The vibration switch is being pressed on & off as you roll on the floor. This means the vibration is constantly being turned on & off. It is a mostly an annoyance. One way for the company to fix this is put the button deeper in the ball so that the rolling on the floor will not make contact with the switch.

I have and love my heated acuball but I wanted to try a competitive product.I will be returning this item as it is truly terrible.First of all it’s hard as a rock. Thr vibration only works if you use it on your arm or leg but if you lie on it the vibration STOPS!!! What a joke. And it’s expensive. My acuball was $40 and it heats up, has a groove for your spine and is soft and feels great to use. This thing is $70 and it’s hard, doesn’t provide heat and you can’t lie on it.Save your money and do not buy this.
