now i’m not saying this caused what i’m about to say. all im saying is to make sure to contact your doctor and make sure taking this many vitamins is okay. i’m a healthy 20 year old girl, and yesterday i was in the ER because my brain constricted itself and i had a temporary stroke. my right side went numb and i stopped being able to speak. the doctors said taking too many vitamins could’ve caused this among many other factors so just be careful! in other news, the taste isn’t bad but i haven’t been taking it long enough to see results. might cut back to half a dose!

The flavor of this isn’t the best, but so far I’m enjoying the results from this. I’ve been taking hair vitamins and can usually tell if a vitamin is decent based on how well my nails start to grow. The gummy vitamins I’ve been taking didn’t really help my nails or hair much until I started using this liquid biotin. Now my nails are finally growing, feel stronger, and my hair seems to be growing faster as well and looks shinier. I think I might just ditch the popular hair vitamins and stick to this stuff, even though the taste isn’t the best.

I have a lot of issues with hair fall and nothing really seems to work. I have tried supplements and all shampoos with no use . I have used drops before and was fine . These drops made my hair so oily . I had to was my hair right after I used this oil . I actually threw the oil away after that .
