Best hydration assistance I’ve tried as a chronically ill person
I have tried a few products from gatorade, body armor, nuun, and so on to help in assisting my hydration since it is incredibly important that I stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to not have flares with my conditions. While those products are okay, they never work quite as well or I have specific issues with them that leave things to be desirable compared to this product. Overall I have been buying these consistently for months after several medical complications that leave me dizzy and light headed without. I do not drink many other things besides this or plain water.PROS- It works noticeably better than other products with helping me manage my symptoms- It works FAST for me when I am feeling bad or my blood pressure tanks. I feel better within an hour or two of sipping on a bottle.- While it is very sweet, I actually like the flavor as opposed to just tolerating it- Very easy to put into a water bottle and mix it quickly- Doesn’t have a weird texture or faux carbonation that makes it hard to drink- Easy to travel with if I have to go somewhere away from home for extended periods- For me the price is a little high but worth it after doing the math and comparing it to other options and their pricesCONS- May be to sweet for some people (I have a sweet tooth) – I have only tried Passion Fruit, Strawberry and Grape. I found the Strawberry tastes like I am drinking strawberry nerds and it gave me a headache from how sweet it was, but Passion Fruit and Grape both were fine- It IS pricey to buy as a whole (vs buying a single drink at a store) and compared to the other options out there- Sometimes if you don’t drink it immediately or the same day it can separate and the flavor will be off

Yummy flavor and great hydration!
This flavor is on-par with most of LIV’s other flavors in terms of potency, sweetness, saltiness, and sourness. After trying many different electrolytes brands, Liquid IV is the only one I use because I feel noticeably better after drinking it and it tastes good. I use it to prepare for and replace electrolytes after endurance runs and multiple workouts a day. Don’t let the sugar content/ presence of calories scare you off– the sugar and flavoring helps it taste good (not like aspartame) and when mixed with enough water, the sugar helps to enhance hydration (if this sounds fake, ERs give people essentially salty medical Sprite when they show up dehydrated). My performance has noticeably improved after drinking Liquid IV and I would highly recommend.

Late 60s…Work Outs are Better…Life Changing Product
I’m late 60s and I’m trying to lean out a bit and get my body fat down around 20%. I’m using this product in combination with intermittent fasting and the results are impressive. Since March, I’ve lost about 10 pounds and my body fat has decreased from 25% to 22.5%. I work out in the morning and sip Liquid IV through the day before my dinner around 6 PM. No headaches or extreme hunger…just a smooth flight through the day at the office.As for workouts, I primarily do cardio (bike or rowing machine) and I use this product during the workout. Prior to LIQUID IV, I had to be very careful of not being dehydrated or I would experience PVCs (irregular heartbeats). With this product, I’m have few to none of these episodes.Lastly, I’ve tried several similar powder products but find Liquid IV to have a better taste and better result. My only recommendation for this company is to give loyal users a quantity discount.

good hydration with pleasant taste
I was looking for an alternative to surgery drinks for my high school athletes. Works well and the single sticks make it easy to take anywhere and add to a water bottle when my kids feel like they need something in addition to just water. Dragon fruit seems to be the favorite at our house. Iâve also used these post stomach virus and they work really well to help rehydrate quicker.
