Awesome for a 4 yr old with ADHD tendencies
I hesitated to buy until the price dropped to almost half. The battery compartment was difficult to open (just pry it off – the screw is just for show…) and the tablet/phone holder is too slim to hold something that is in a case (which, let’s face it, all kids’ stuff needs to be in) – those are the design flaws. Oh and the bluetooth connection – that’s a joke – no volume control and it’s very low volume so not sure who this is helping. It’s also slightly wobbly on a tile floor, so we have a flat carpet under it. Other than that, he absolutely loves it and hops on it all the time. It helps to get his energy out (gross motor movement) and he likes all three “ride along” narrations. My husband really liked that I got it – normally he’s more the type of “what are you buying for him now??” lol – but it’s a welcome addition to his other stuff (mini trampoline in the living room). We originally let him ride his little tricycle in the house during the pandemic but now here in Phoenix, the sun is out full blast and he needs something bigger and something he can ride indoors when it’s 120 out. He can hop on and off by himself, and the bike has 3 adjustable difficulty settings.

My 3 year old loves this
Got this for my daughter to join me on cycling workouts I do on my MyxBike in my garage, and for when I’m doing floor workouts and need her out from under my feet. She loves it and will ride it for 30-45 minutes without interrupting me and gets all that exercise. She’s a big energy kid and this really helps her get some of it out on a day we’re stuck inside, or when I just don’t have time to get her out on her actual bicycle. She’s about 42 lbs and very tall for 3 years old but we adjusted this bike and she fits great. We just put a tablet on the pedestal and if you search Youtube the playlist of rides from Little tykes is available. It has 60-something rides that are 3-5 mins long so the playlist is a wiz at keeping her entertained. She loves it, sings with it, counts with it, rides with it. Highly recommend to all parents who want their kiddo to workout with them, coaches with MyxBikes to show healthy family practices, cold weather areas where you kid needs movement without leaving the warm house, etc.

Good for SPD
My son has sensory issues and is always in motion, I purchased this for him to stay moving but stationary, and to allow him to exercise with me qhile on my peloton. It fits my 40lb 4 year old perfectly, and I sometimes catch my 78lb 8 year old on it as well. The only issue we have had is he rides it so much that one pedal fell off and the eyelit washer that hold it on disappeared, but the place that the pedal attaches is a bar about 1/2 inch in diameter, and he just uses that as a pedal. It is wobbly, but it is meamt to be that way so they can sort if rock on it while riding. Overall great purchase for any seekers out there!

Good but age range is not accurate
I have a 6 year old who is on the small side. He was having trouble learning how to pedal his bike since we live on a dirt road. I bought this to help him get used to how pedals work and I thought heâd enjoy it. He loves it; however, it is not very sturdy or strong. The bolt from one of the pedals has already come off twice. It tips when he goes fast like the prompts tell him to. And his Amazon tablet (the newer generation with the thin case) doesnât fit in the stand. I havenât tried the Bluetooth yet, so no idea on how that works. I highly recommend only getting this for smaller children around age 3 or 4 and not expecting it to last them until age 7.

piece fo junk
second little tykes purchase that has been a solid piece of junk I do not recommend this brand what used to be quality has gone to dollar store value My 4 year old road the bike for 4 minutes before the pedal fell off and would not re assemble Called the company and got a big Happy Holidays wish we could do more such a dissapointment from now on sticking with products such as Melissa and Doug who always surpasses any expectations

Perfect fun for any active child
I purchased this as a graduation present for my kindergartner. They’ve been on it in just two days more than I can count. The videos provided on YouTube are free and they’re just cute ride along videos. My child favorite is the rollercoaster. It’s well made and metal. The balance is very sturdy and it stays in place rather well.I recommend this to anyone parent who has a child who is full of all day energy.Cons- just one. It’s pretty large. You have to have quite a bit of room for it.
