As a person who regularly facilitates LOTO training sessions. I will certainly give this 5 stars. This LOTO kit has some quality gear. All keys (as they should be) are keyed to the lock and come with an extra. The keys arenât your typical cut. Making them harder if not impossible to duplicate. All the gear opened and closed smoothly without any annoying binding. They come with two hasps allowing up to 5 individuals to lock out one machine. Yes thereâs six holes in the hasps. However, the last hole must remain empty incase more workers need to affix another hasp to start their task.My only mention is that on the LOTO Tag itself thereâs no line for Date & Time. Although thereâs plenty of room on the back in the remarks section. It arrived neatly packaged and with all hardware to hang. While you can store the hasps in the tag box. You can also double up your locks and affix them to the holder if youâd prefer.Overall, I have zero issues or concerns with this kit and would recommend if youâre in need of some OHSA gear. As a traveling contractor, having this kit has been more than useful for the team.The kit is also a great way to make sure everyone has their dedicated lock and key, while the supervisor keeps the spare.With each key having its own specific tooth pattern, This can ensure anyone using their lock cannot have it removed by anyone else’s key (other than the spare).The lockout tagout tags are legible and coated to last a long time. They also have a brass ring around the hole for tear-protection. Provided zip ties are helpful to make sure no-one tries to rip off the tag.The dual sized hasps fit just about all safety gates and lockout doors, as well as robot cabinets, high voltage panels, and other safety rated devices/hardware.

This is a great and handy lockout station for your worksite. This is a great product overall, the locks are easy to see and the tags are big enough that they remove plausible deniability.The case does seem like it could break easy and the locks seem pretty weak. I know the purpose isnât necessarily a true âlockoutâ and more of a deterrent, but still.Overall itâs a decent product.
