It is exactly what I ordered.The complaint that I have is with the packaging – when I received it, the package was torn and someone could have easily removed the product and just put the empty package in the mailbox.I was a little upset that this was purchased through Amazon and thought an Amazon delivery person would be delivering it, instead it was delivered by the Postal Service.

Works like a Champ
Long story short, I have debilitating tennis / mouse elbow. It’s so bad that I eventually gave up the idea that I could ever recover since my pain was going on four months. Nothing helped me recover even wearing an arm sleeve with a tennis elbow brace at the time.These twist bars gave me new hope, and I’ve made incredible progress since receiving them. I still hurt and expect it will take me months to recover. When I started, I could barely twist the easiest one and would shake to hold it. I do believe in time these and some finger extenders will fix me.As a piece of advice, avoid doing super heavy curls whether palms up or hammer. I saw a video with John Meadows, Mountaindog1, and he was saying super heavy curls will eventually lead to elbow problems, and you’re better off lowering the weight and add more sets. You can still rep out the same volume with lower weights, but it won’t destroy your elbows in doing so.

I bought the three pack â green light, blue medium, red hard. The green one Is grippy and I love it. As for the other two, the rubber is harder and less grippy. I ended up sanding the blue and red one lightly, and letting them bake out in the sun. That gave them a nice grip.
