Broken Smashed lid
The product is really good, but my lid was smashed. I would like to have a replacement. My conditioner was just flattened lid.Beautiful sheen and my ends are not frizzy LOVE THIS PRODUCT but not packaged well at all

I read reviews of how good this was and made your hair shiny. Well, it didn’t work any better than any other normal shampoo I use. Was disappointed that it didn’t do anything special.

My color lasts much longer using this product. Just a dab of shampoo give me a head full of suds and I love the feel of the conditioner. I have used it for quite a while and think it’s a great product for colored hair.

Great for alternative hair
Bought these to use for my alternative hair pieces due to being sulfate free, and liked how they worked so well that Iâve started using them on my bio hair! They smell wonderful! Caution, a little goes a long way

Maybe Not the Original Formula?
It smells a bit different from the original/previous store-bought versions of this I have had in the past and the shampoo has a different texture to it as does my hair afterwards. My hair feels rougher after using the shampoo when before with the store-bought stuff it was so soft after shampoo alone. Conditioner is the same as before but the shampoo part seems different.

I have been using Olaplex for few years and think its great. However, Olaplex is not most affordable shampoo and conditioner.A review recommended the L’Oréal Paris EverPure Moisture Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner as an alternative. It is actually pretty good and does exactly what Olaplex does except L’Oreal has a nice smell to it.Great product and it costs less than Olaplex.
