Great size and texture
Fun colors and the perfect size. It’s quite soft and has a bit of give to it like a a thick memory foam pillow. I can’t speak to the quality for using in rolling or yoga- I use it under my tattoo practice mats so I have a stable but rounded surface to work on.

The perfect density for longer term lumbar support
My back problems have been at various stages of awful for the last 20 years (L3 compression fracture, multiple herniations, & broken ribs at the spine will do that). The decades of trial and error I’ve gone through finding the right thickness & material density finally lead me to this guy & now the back support I use on my couch has a piece hog-ringed into it as does my car’s driver seat.
