Like the idea but will use my own essential oils
So, I am not sure what is in these perfume blends as the ingredients are not listed anywhere beyond dodecane, which is something I would rather not breath in that often in my enclosed car. I really ordered this for the car diffuser and figured I could put my essential oils into the bottles for use or use my 10 ml bottles with my scent blend.The kit comes with an instruction book that was not edited well, but I was able to figure it out. There are clear stoppers in all the bottles under the lid that have to be removed before use. This is not listed in the instructions. It comes with a USB charger to charge the diffuser. The instructions say it is red when it charges and green when it finishes. My light never made it to green, but it went from red to purple. There are x3 10 ml plastic bottles of perfume and the lids are labeled Ocean, EDT, and EDP. The scents are powerful and heavy. I am not sure what EDT and EDP mean.You screw the bottle into the device and hold the power button down for 1-2 seconds. Then you can push the button and switch between green, blue, and purple which changes the frequency of the bursts of perfume released. It is supposed to have an auto on and off based on car vibrations, but I just turned it off when I left the car as I didn’t want it to keep going while I was out of the vehicle for that long.Based on the strong perfume smell and not knowing what is in the perfume beyond dodecane, I will likely not use the perfume oil but instead use my oils as I noted above. I have, however, tried the device with the perfume it came with to ensure that it works properly. If I have any problems using this with my oils, I will update my review.

the oil leaks melted my dash
bought this air freshiner and almost loved it but later i found out it was leaking to my dash board and melted the my dash. dont know some of the other customers who bought this item has the same problem?

I like the concept behind this product as it looks like a vape squonk mod however that might be concerning for some especially those with kids that have wondering eyes/hands and might be curious about this little device. It seriously looks like a mini squonk vape mod. The top of it looks like a 510 connection which is where the scent gets sprayed out of – see pic. It is rechargeable and the charge cord is provided. You get 3 bottles of scent liquid and judging by how this product operates, you might go through this liquid pretty fast depending on what mode you have it set to.There are 3 different modes – all of which illuminate a different color to let you know which one you’re in:Light scent mode sprays every 3 mins and illuminates Green.Medium scent mode sprays every 1 1/2 mins and illuminates Blue.Heavy scent mode sprays every 10 secs and illuminates Purple.There’s an automatic on/off power saving spray mode where the device will go into standby if there isn’t any ‘vibration’ as the product manual calls it in the car within a certain time frame. However, if there is a long pause in ‘vibration’ this product can actually turn off – and then you have to power it back on to get it back functional again.This tells me there is a sensor of some kind in here. I’m wondering what amount of road turbulence constitutes ‘vibration.’ I don’t want to be going over potholes causing wheel bearing issues, or tie rod/axle issues all for the sake of some scent being sprayed. I think that is a bit ridiculous if that’s what is required. Which is why I asked, what kind of vibration does this product need?This is something the brand should look into and remedy. No one wants to destroy their car to have this product work. I certainly don’t.Loading the liquid into the unit – be careful! You have to unscrew the top but then you also have to take out the plug that’s inside it. Once that is done, be careful inserting it into the unit, then turn to tighten it. Make sure it is secured as you don’t want this falling out and spilling everywhere or splashing into your eyes. This to me is a design flaw as the brand could have put some kind of penetratable membrane on the top of bottle – like anti-spillage membrane in order to then plug into the unit. I’ve seen it placed in atomizers before. It would be a smart decision for the brand to consider to make this product better and safer.The scent smells generic to me. I can smell a light scent with some floral or citrus notes on it. I can’t really detect the fresh watery scent though. I’ve smelled this scent before mostly in reed infusers. It’s okay but it’s not the same as other scents i enjoy more.My only concern for long-term usage is that the rate at which this unit sprays at, you’re going to be plowing through your liquid and you will be buying refills. You need to weigh the cost of doing that and how often you’re going through the liquid to justify the expense of replacing them and possibly getting this unit. Then also factor in if your car makes enough ‘vibration’ to even have this unit spray.My recommendation – honestly this is a no go because it doesn’t hit the mark for me. It needs to many things to be altered for me to consider it. I’d rather just go hang the cheap scented trees or vent clips and call it a day. Simple, cheap, and easy vs complicated which might not work. This unit just isn’t for me.
