My eye doctor recommend this for my dry eyes. I did buy it but when it ran out and ordered a different brand. Let me explain. This is a really good brand ,has a high DHA but it is pretty pricey, I am the type of person that whats a good product at a good price. I found it by looking around. I would say if you can afford it buy it other wise look for my other reviews.
