Wonderfully funny book about men’s issues and how to get results to men’s issue problems.
This is a book ALL men over the age of 35 should have in their library to read often.I think this doctor should have been a stand-up comic as I was laughing so hard I almost peed my pants.Now, I need to put in practice some of the exercises he writes about to help strengthen my pelvic floor muscles.

I like the scientific grounded approach of this bookI would recommend for ppl who are trying it as a cure for Ed to use the PC muscles inCoordination of whenever they feel that sexual tingling of arousal doesn’t have to be a strong kegel squeeze. and give yourself sometime too if u are older it can’t function as a light switchHowever I think there is real benefit in kegels for inducing erection . The author goes to great lengths to provide thorough, yet accessible, information about male pelvic function (and dysfunction), and how to foster good sexual and urinary function via improving & maintaining the tone of oneâs pelvic floor muscles. The good news is that he presents a comprehensive description of male pelvic anatomy and function. Unfortunately, the book is quite wordy and repetitive: the print edition is 214 pages, and Iâd say 100 pages would suffice. Additionally, the author, in an effort to make the subject approachable to the “average guy,” adopts a cutesy, slangy, almost locker-room tone that wore thin for me rather quickly (though Iâm sure others might welcome it). Very little space is devoted to pelvic floor muscle training (aka Kegel exercises) — thereâs only so much you can say. The book has an additional section on Pilates exercises that relate to pelvic fitness. I’m glad I read it, but I wish it had been trimmer.
