Solid Shoe, Better that expected
Bought these because they were half the money of Nikes and I had never owned lifting shoes. I had some knee and Achilles pain and was advised by the doc to lift off a wedge to reduce tightness. These shoes essentially do the same thing, in addition they provide a stable base for any lifting exercise.I only where them exclusively for working out, but I have been wearing them 3-4 time a week for an hour a time and they have held up excellent.Highly recommend.

Nice Shoes
These are fairly heavy in weight compared to other shoes I wear, but it is my first pair of squat shoes, and I can see why the extra weight would be desired to keep you stable. The sole is wide and sturdy, which also helps. They feel very comfortable on my feet, made of quality materials, and as a bonus are more stylish looking for me, a woman, than other squat shoes I looked at. The price was very decent also, not inflated. I chose the try before you buy option which worked out well. I had to return the first pair and go up half a size to give myself more toe room. They now fit perfectly.

Great fit
Reminds me of bowling shoes. Fits greats. No slip. Almost flat bottom. Comfortable. Great heal lift.

Very stable and suportive
I really like these shoes they are my first pair of lifting shoes I noticed immediately that my knees no longer creaked and popped during deep squats the shoes tend to raise the heel appropriately and the material is very stiff and very sturdy for excellent energy transfer to the floor. All in all im are you like a speed shopper you just lefthappy with my purchase

Not wide enough
The length was good but the width was to narrow.

Runs really small
I wear 8.5 US women’s / 39 EU / 7 US men’s; these felt like they were at least a full size small. Unfortunately the sizing in this range goes from 39 to 41 (I found the same issue across several other similar shoe types?); there’s no 40 equivalent. It’s too bad because the colors are cool and they seem well made.

The shoes are solid, well built and heavy which provides extra stability in squats.Only complaint I have is they are very narrow, which in general is not healthy for your feet (If the shoes could be a bit wider that would be great)Overall they are a good bargain compared to maintream shoes such as Nike Savailoes or Romaelos or Anta shoes which cost way more.
