My daughter is a tad picky. I insisted sheâs tried this because she got older and is still not eating all her vegetables the way I would prefer. I told her sheâs not gonna take her vegetables. She does need to take a vitamin to supplement some of it, she was OK with that. She does think it taste bad but with a couple water on the side, sheâll take it and take a drink of water and thatâs it.I also tasted it not in front of her lol and I think it taste like crap, but I kept that opinion to myself. ð¤

Love this multi vitamin for kids. Only con is we would like there to be a more convenient method of dispensing the proper amount. We end up just squirting it directly from the bottle. Overall, happy with the product and will continue using it because say no to flintstones and gummy vitamins!

Mix it in!
This liquid vitamin has helped our 7yr old so much. She hardly gets sick because sheâs getting what she needs to stay healthy! We just mix it in her watered down juice. They could lighten up on the vanilla flavor in their mix. It doesnât complement many juice flavors and sometimes overpowering.

Started giving this to my 4 year old son and it changed his behavior terribly. He was not my normal happy 4 year old anymore. He was having such bad behavior at school I was getting messages and phone calls daily that he was crying and itching and just not acting his normal self and even took him to the dr to try and figure out what was wrong with him. Come to find out once I stopped giving him these vitamins he went back to his normal self. Will never ever buy this again!
