It works and fast
I did something to my ankle/foot 3 months ago. I have no idea what, just had a lot of pain and swelling. I work on my feet, so it has been a rather miserable time. I did everything. Nothing worked. I tried other stuff that was supposed to remove inflammation, took some out but not much. Then I found this.It is not the best tasting stuff I have ever swallowed, but it isn’t the worst. I mix it with a couple ounces of water and down it. In 2 days I can see my ankle bone again and my foot is stiff, but no pain until after several hours.2 freaking days.Yep. I definitely recommend this product and I will be ordering more

This product is amazingly spectacular. Someone reviewed this product saying it tasted “porky”. I’m here to say that it doesn’t taste porky at all. It tastes exactly like it’s name – Tumeric and Ginger with more of the emphasis on ginger. The taste is super strong but nothing I couldn’t stomach, or I feel that anyone couldn’t stomach. When I consumed it, I felt like I was taking in quality ingredients and my body felt the positive effects of it from the very first time serving. I am so pleased with this product, so much that I signed up for monthly delivery. I don’t want to be without it! I loved all the items so much that I’ll be getting all 6 of them on a monthly basis! That’s how much of a difference I felt after consuming Mary Ruth’s products. Sounds like this is expensive right? Nope. All this on a great deal on Amazon subscription! 6 products for under $100. I like the fact that it does help with my pain. The only thing I hate is the taste which is gross. I put it in my coffee with creamer to disguise the taste. I will continue using.

Taste is terrible
I got this to combine with the prenatal as it doesnât have dha in it. Iâm not currently pregnant but if I was I would absolutely not be able to keep this down. Iâve taken it straight and in juice and itâs very unpleasant. I like strong ginger tastes typically but the combination of almost sour orange and the ginger is nauseating. Itâs enough to make you sick on its own but then the burps that come with dha also taste like the drink so itâs just getting that same taste in your mouth for hours after you drink it. I would not recommend. I had high hopes after the collagen and the nighttime mineral had a good taste and were easy to take but I wonât be buying this or the prenatal again as the taste of both is terrible.

Wow!
Highly recommend this product for anyone who deals with inflammation and aches and pains. My daily aches and pains have subsided, my knees feel better, and my head feels clearer. Inflammation is the root of so many of our modern ailments and this product definitely has me feeling better after a week. I was worried about the taste and that first spoonful is a little daunting, but my goodness, it’s like my body is craving this stuff. I always want another spoonful despite it not being traditionally delicious. The medicine goes down easy, but its not candy. I will definitely be buying this again.
