Had my doubts but I’m seeing progress!
I purchased this in a frenzy of hairloss freakout. I’m 43 in perimenopause with fine hair and my body had an allergic reaction to hair dye. I’ve always had a some issues with hair dye but nothing to this extent. While my stylist was coloring I had a very itchy scalp and the next day my hair started coming out in clumps. This went on for at least a week. I picked up the Marys liquid mango version first and then found this one.The improvement was not overnight but over the weeks. I’ve been taking this a little over a month and have noticed significant growth (roots growing in), a lot of baby hairs and my hairloss has dropped to normal shedding. Now, I have stopped using hair products with sulfates and parabens (You can find some affordable options) and I wash my hair every other day.Side note – I noticed improvement with the fine lines on my forehead this morning. Bonus!The consistency is the only negative part of this vitamin. It’s really thick so I make sure I have coffee/water etc to drink directly after.Hopefully this vitamin works for you!

I am almost finished with my first bottle. Have been taking it daily and mixing it in my coffee, which is MUCH better than taking a tablespoon full alone. My hair seems a little better, (will see after 2nd bottle) but I have noticed I have more energy.

I honestly love the taste. I eat a spoonful straight or put it in my coffee. My hair definitely feels more lush even just a week in I can tell a difference. I pair with a thinning shampoo and conditioner I found on Amazon too. For the first time in a while I feel like I found products that actually work and Iâm really excited for my hairs progress!

Excruciating stomach pain and nausea
Please do your research! I wish I had read the negative reviews as well.As soon as I received this vitamin, I was excited to try it. I’ve had Mary Ruth’s brand in the past and I never had issues. I felt very confident that this would be okay. I’ve had their biotin gummies, their liquid multivitamin, and their hair growth multivitamin. None of those have caused any issues for me except for this one.I had the recommended dosage of 15mL around 8 or 9pm. By 12am, I felt discomfort in my stomach and did go to the bathroom. When I woke up at 5am for work, I ended up vomiting and feeling extremely awful. My body was shaking a bit and I was feeling a lot of pain in my stomach. Around 10am, I couldn’t take it anymore and vomited. I had Pepto Bismol and it did not work. I couldn’t throw up or go to the bathroom so I thought taking milk of magnesium might help so I took that. Of course, it worked however the discomfort and pain remained. The next day I felt the same. I thought, well, I have to try and eat something so I had a couple pieces of watermelon, about 4 or 5 diced pieces and right after that, I felt so much pain. From 1 to 10, it was 100. I had to leave work early and took myself to urgent care. Urgent care advised me to run to the ER as they couldn’t help me. The ER ended up giving me an IV of pain killers and nausea. They also prescribed me with stomach cramps meds, nausea meds, and Tylenol #3 for pain. They recommended I follow up with my primary care. It’s been a day since I went to the ER, I stopped the medication I was given to see if the symptoms have subsided; to be honest, not really. As I’m typing this, I feel discomfort and cramping however, the pain is not as excruciating as it was yesterday when I took myself to the ER. This is the kind of pain that caused me to be hunched over, couldn’t walk straight, and had me crying to the nurses. I was crying because of the amount of pain I was in. The doctor pressed on my stomach to check which area hurt the most and god… That was so much worse. I don’t wish this upon anyone. Please, please be careful. All I had was 1 of the recommended dosage for the very first time. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if I’m allergic to any of the ingredients. I don’t know. But I’m never trying this ever again in my life. I lost my money and hours at work that I can’t get back. I pray that I’m better tomorrow because I’m terrified of this developing into something worse. I hope this review helps someone.I also have proof of having an IV and receipt proof of my prescribed medication if this were to escalate.Please. Do your research. Be careful.

Started taking this as soon as it arrived. The taste is great! I add it on my yogurt for flavoring!I will update my review about the results as soon as Iâm done with the bottle. Definitely will be buying more though after Iâm done.
