Robust and heavy duty canopy
Very heavy duty. As expected, this weighs 55 pounds, more than my other pop up canopy. I expect it will stand up better in heavy rain storms. There is a cool adjustment that helps you increase the tension on the canopy top as it stretches during normal aging. As the directions state, it definitely takes two people to put it up.

Great heavy duty pop-up canopy!
There are lots of good things to say about this commercial grade 10×10 canopy. First, I was impressed by the packaging – heavy box, sufficient straps, plastic wrapped – all the sturdiness needed to have this arrive in excellent shape. So, I was very suprised to see the storage bag ripped. However, I contacted the seller and they stood with their warranty and I received a replacement bag. The seller was excellent in their communication regarding shipment of the replacement bag. The framing and canopy both are very sturdy and I like the overall height of this canopy … higher than many I looked at. This canopy definitely takes 2 people to set-up/take-down, so plan accordingly. Yes, it is heavy to transport but the wheeled storage bag seems to be constructed strong enough to handle that over time. If you need a durable, heavy-duty pop-up canopy with a great storage bag, this is the one!

Very heavy metal material. The tires run well but get stuck with the canopy cover. Where the tires gies shoud have a plastic protector and that way the tires don’t get stuck with the canopy cover. Storage is very good. Very good shade.

Not quite as heavy duty as I thought it would be
Easy to setup, good quality canopy material, great framework structural design, nice powder coated finish, but the legs seem flimsy after setup, and I already broke one of the leg extension release lever springs (still usable but a little harder to engage without the spring). Based on my intended use (occasional rain/sun canopy while RV camping) I think it is more than sufficient, but if I were a street vendor setting up on weekends at farmers markets and such, I would look for one a little heavier on the structural side with metal connectors and heavier legwork.

Not commercial grade at all and seller doesnât respond to warranty claims
I purchased this suposedly commercial grade canopy for shade and shelter while rebuilding the engine on my boat. It went up easily enough but wasnât/isnât commercial/heavy duty/dependable at all. A little wind and rain and it collapsed with bends in the top framework and two of the legs; the canopy ripped as well. I tried using the link on Amazon for support and got a page doesnât exist error. I think contacted Amazon support and got an email address and web address for the seller. The seller never responded to my email. I then went on their website and submitted a support form. They replied to my form submission with an email saying they couldnât find my email and to reply with the photos and invoice. I replied with the photos and invoice and never got a reply. I sent both a follow up email and a follow up web form submission also both without reply.

Great Canopy!! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE!!
Wonderful product!! But when a seam tears and you try to use the insurance, they won’t cover ANYTHING!!! They said I didn’t have it setup correctly…..there is only one way to set it up. I made sure all the points of contact were where the canopy cover was doubled and all. Waste of my money!!!!!!

This canopy well constructed. Very solid and easy to set up. I recommend watching a few online videos for additional information before setting it up, the instructions are vague! I was able to set it up by myself the first time in about 20 minutes. It stands quite tall so lots of headroom!! we haven’t had it in the rain yet but I’m sure it will be fine! the fabric is light weight but pretty tough! I have no complaints!
