I love these bands! Excellent resistance and comfortable to use
This is my second set. The first set was mixed strength from light to heavy. They lasted for about two years before breaking. The thickness both in width and strength is good-they don’t roll up and act as a tourniquet. The price to value for money spent is excellent!

I ordered a set of five blue bands, and previously had ordered the set of five with varied resistance. Weâve been very happy with these bands, and Iâm ordering more now that my husband has started using them, too. They lasted a long time, and we never had any issues with stickiness like another reviewer mentioned. Maybe that reviewer got a bad batch? I tried ordering other bands that were cheaper recently from another brand, they were not nearly the quality of these. These have good resistance and flexibility/stretch, whereas the others were rigid and not stretchy. Get these bands!

Ideal for hip abduction and various single leg raises
I needed these small circumference band loops for doing a total of four exercises: Hip abduction ( supine ) Single leg raise ( supine ) Single leg raise ( side-lying ) Single leg raise ( plank )I’m delighted with this item.Previously, I had no other way to perform hip abduction except via use of a machine at a commercial gym. This particular exercise is not only helpful for prevention / mitigation of hip arthritis, but also therapeutic after injury / surgery to the leg, hip, or pelvis. Hip abduction training is also beneficial for competitive scholastic wrestlers.And the single leg raises that I’m now doing with them are vastly more effective than those that I had previously done for years with 16 lbs of shin weight. Their ultimate resistance at the limit of range is far greater than with the weight. Yet the initial acceleration is greater, which is better for training fast-twitch muscles for athletic and/or fighting purposes. Overall, I feel considerably greater fatigue after doing the same number of reps at the same range of motion as with the weight. Moreover, the improved exercises are now elevating my HR noticeably. Thus I get a ( albeit small ) benefit of cardio cross training from them. One other very important benefit over the use of shin weight is that because I apply the band just above my knees, there is no loading on either knee. And alas, one of my knees is so worn out that a total mechanical replacement of it was recommended for me. Here I am 3 years later and still doing some very challenging mountain biking.The band loops that I received measured 23 ¾” circumference x 1 15/16″ width. This compares to a similar measurement of 35″ x 4″ that is more commonly available in other brand names of the thin and wide category of band loops. Different exercises may require loops of different circumference. You must obtain the correct circumference that results in your maximum range of motion without exceeding the band’s maximum rated elongation. Thus, the greater the number of exercises, the greater the number of sizes ( and elasticities for each size ) that are required for optimum performance of an exercise.About me:You might say that I’m an expert when it comes to elastic resistance training. Long before I purchased this item I had been working out in my home with various types of elastic bands and tubing; well over 7 years of broad experience. I eventually quit visiting commercial gyms in favor of my two regular routines, which now comprise a total of 32 different elastic resistance exercises. Only a couple of those exercises have been only marginally effective due to either limitations in that equipment or some inadequacy in my home ( insufficient height or anchoring issues ).

Tough little bands
Hey folks,I use these bands 6 days a week, or should I say band. I am still on the first one. I read a review of someone saying they stick together a little bit. It is true that when you hold it in your hand it will form a crease and stick together, but it comes out on next stretch. make sure you wear some eyewear. NOT THESE, but I did have some cheap ones from Walmart break and hit me in the face. My fault, pushed them too far, saw they were getting damaged. Good wake up strategy though.

Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Fitness Bands
This is a pretty good product and would have gotten four or five stars from me, but the bands quickly become tacky and stick to the skin unlike some of the other bands I’ve tried. As you can see from the picture (with the used one above and the new one below), the product I used for a few months becomes twisted and unusable.
