It works
I got my hair cut short and now it curls! Out of 10 products I tried this one works the best for me. I scrunched it in my hair after my shower, it curls, it holds, and itâs not sticky and hard. It actually leaves my hair soft and touchable and the next day I spray with water and it reactivates. And the price is great too

Scent is too strong and floral
As a curl activator this product works pretty well. There are several things I’m less than in love with. First the scent is a heavy floral, like an old lady (mid 20th century) perfume. The scent is too overwhelming and just not how I want to smell or what I want to be smelling. That being said, it doesn’t smell bad, just not my thing. If you use the product sparingly you get used to it. Second, the texture is a little too sticky, viscous. Finally, this product is not particularly hydrating. Curls do get activating, and hair looks fairly healthy. I would buy again, but I’m still looking for the perfect curl activator.

This holds my curls amazingly. Slightly heavy when your hair is still wet, but once it dries itâs super light!

I wash hair with paul m and then add leave in, oil and last two strand twist with a curl can dream. Curls are soft bouncy and little frizz. So moisturize and shiny
At first it smells quite sweet, fruity. As soon as it dries it smells like hair spray. Like something a middle schooler would wear. Not keeping it. –
Not what i expected
It smells so good but it weighs down my hair and it made my hair frizzy as if Iâd been in the humidity. The gel also smells great and it does work well. Great curls.

Really defines our curls!
I use use this as a conditioner that I do rinse out after using the A Curl Can Dream shampoo. I don’t like leave in products but as a rinse out conditioner this is AMAZING!! My daughter and I both use these yellow bottle products and have since they were brand new. I had been STRUGGLING to find a good product for my hair and when I found this brand it changed my life! I highly recommend A Curl Can Dream by Matrix for anyone with wavy or curly and frizzy hair!
