Comes in 2 boxes but very easy to put together.
Was worried when arrived in two boxes but is very easy to put together and has the 4 tools in the box. Is very organized with steps one through six. Plugged into power when done and screen came right up and was able to tie immediately into WiFi. Have only used once but worked great.

Nice bike but horrible customer service.
Bike was delivered inoperable due to outdated software. Matrix company new this when it shipped but never communicated we would need to wait 2+ weeks to receive a USB with the software update. Console panel has to be disassembled to insert the USB. Question: why then did we pay for expert installation and delivery… Customer service reps via phone were good but I question the disorganization of spending $2000+ for a bike when it is not functional and has been sitting unused for weeks while troubleshooting this software issue. NEVER AGAIN.
