Works great, even if your pets like it too much!
First of all, if you have playful cats, beware!!! My two think this is their personal playpen or something LOL – they are obsessed with the way the fabric and zippers moves! Its got plenty of battle scars from their claws and batting at each other from both sides. Its definitely not made to bear weight on top and sags whenever my older cat decides to jump up top and use it as her personal hammock. This sometimes makes the metal bars bend out of place and I have to re-snap them or drag the fabric cover back down over a corner.Still, even with all that abuse, its held up pretty darn well! Its a great size and I (5’4″) can sit up comfortably in it and get in and out easily with the zippers almost completely closed. I did have to safety pin one side (seen in the video) in order to keep the air flowing comfortably. It gets pretty stuffy in here otherwise. I could have tied up one layer of the fabric with the provided elastic ties inside but that would have made the cover a bit of a moot point in my opinion.I do wish that the metal bars were a little bit thicker or sturdier as they’re visibly crooked (right after putting it together.) It was very intuitive to set up and only took about half an hour to do. The only hard part was when it was time to get the mattress inside, which I did have to get some help for when a corner of it refused to stay down. Even if a mattress is labeled as a certain size there can always be a little bit of variation with the manufacturing process that makes it larger or smaller. In my case, mine is a little larger, and so the corners and sides do visibly bulge out. It would be nice if there was some extenders provided for this scenario.Overall, this is a great product and it makes me feel super cozy and safe! I’ve been sleeping much better and its so much more fun than just getting a pair of blackout curtains.

You don’t have to lift your mattress into it
Putting it together was pretty easy. Instructions are clear. I had seen a lot of other bed tents where you would have to lift the mattress into it, that’s not the case with this one. There is no bottom on it so it just fits around the mattress down into the frame or sits on top of the frame.We got the black one and it’s dark even with the light on above it. You can see the light however, it’s not as intrusive as you’d think. Light from the outside doesn’t effect the darkness within. I had eye problems before buying this and those went away. I leave it a little open on two openings when sleeping for air flow. If your home is warm it will be warm inside. If cold it will be cold.It has helped me for when I feel overwhelmed I get inside and watch a movie on my tablet or laptop and it’s great!Highly recommend this bed tent in particular.

Sizes are off for queen bed.
Just wasted my time with this one. Queen size is totally wrong. All dimensions are wrong. Idk what they sent to me. This is my friends a queen size bed and mattress and the rack of the supposedly queen size bed tent is on top.

My son is always making forts or piling blankets and pillows on top of himself. We got him this for Christmas to put over his queen bed and he loves it. The set up was very easy, the tent fabric and zippers seem to be sturdy and good quality.

Sheer and reduced airflow – diy modifications makes it way better
Cons:- Sheer – The light blockout isnt the best. See pictures others have posted. Hard to sleep with sun is coming in through window. Additional modification such as adding curtain to window or to tent itself helps. I believe other tents may be better at light blocking- reduced airflow. Gets hot at night. A fan helps- Black tent looks gray from inside when light shining in which gives a depressing feeling. I switched to the navy tent.- navy tent looks black in the listing! – make sure to check item description or you might order the wrong one- Poles not super sturdy by themselves. I wouldnât lean my entire weight against a zipped up side not against the wall. I was fine because my bed is in the corner of my room so 2 sides are next to walls.- Wish there were 4 windows instead of 3 and wish there were pockets on all corners. I do like how it has 2 pockets which others donât always have- since there is no both, bottom poles may hang a bit weird or droopy or may not fit depending on bottom base under your mattress- I donât know why none of the bed frames have a twin XL size. A twin size only fits regular twin.Pros:- I like how it is a rectangle shape instead of a rounded shape like other bed tents.-It doesnât really have a bottom so you put it over your mattress instead of slipping your mattress in so itâs easier to put it on.-Set up a bit hard with one person but not impossible. I was able to do so by standing in the middle of the bed.- I wanted a tent that I could pack away later without having to master a finicky folding technique- cheaper than other bed tents. I brought it at $80 but I see itâs selling for $75 now. You can use the money you save to buy some blackout fabric to put over the top and sides of tent, and a small fan for inside the tent. ð (Blackout fabric and fan actually costs more than the 20-40$ you save but it is so more enjoyable with these two modifications. Still a bit stuffy feeling even with fan but feels better. Bed tents in general probably have these issues.)

El cubÃculo tiene unas medidas acordes a las descritas en el anuncio, es grande y espaciosa. Tiene dobles ventanas, una como mosquitera y otra como tela opaca que se pueden abrir o cerrar según nuestras necesidades. No tiene tela en el suelo. Las cremalleras se ven algo endebles. Nada más montarla, en la parte interior hay unos lazos para anudar la tela a la estructura, me quedé con un lazo en la mano porque estaba mal cosido. Las instrucciones que acompañan al producto son deficientes pues no explican gran cosa y al final el montaje tiene que hacerse de forma intuitiva. En resumen: La calidad del producto es regular, lo que en mi opinión desmerece el precio del producto que me parece excesivo para lo que ofrece.

Needed this for living in a cabin with no blinds. It worked okay, blocks light I guess (not quite enough). It can be covered for additional warmth and light block. I returned as I found the item to be slow to setup yet expensive. Will be using a cheap pop up tent instead for the time being.
