my 3 year old loves it!
This is a great introductory to understanding how the body works. Can create self awareness and respect for the body. Can help motivate eating a balanced diet habit. My sons favorite page to discuss is about germs and his white blood cells. How they combat. Loops back around to how do we keep our bodies strong and healthy to fight those nasty germs. Eating right, exercise and sleep (which he doesn’t like to do so much). There are also some fun activities that go with each thing you learn. Such a fun book!

Love this! Bought it when my 3-year-old asked what his heart looks like and how does it pump the blood. Very nice pre-school level description of body systems and has some cute crafts also.

This book is excellent!! We brought it from the library and loved it so much that we had to buy our own copy to have forever. Itâs one of my 3 year olds favorites now. He wants to read it over and over again daily. Mama loves it cause itâs very educational even for myself, also has some excellent little activities for you to do with little one. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to all parents.

Good, fun, educational book
This book is very educational. Its colorful and written in a fun way. I bought it for my daughter who loves facts and learning about things. Her one complaint is that on page 10, the cat has 5 legs.
