It’s all usable so I am not returning it, but it arrived with the cover damaged. The way it was packaged, it could not have happened in transit so it was put in the box damaged which is disappointing.

To my surprise this was a very important tool in my fitness journey, allowing me to get a broader picture of my diet and oddly keeping me accountable for my intake. I will definatly purchase another 1 in the future.Additionally, I have to mention that I was carrying this thing everywhere with me and it took a beating!.. tossed it my car.. threw it in my purse, stuffed it in gym bag.. It stood the test of time for sure.

I really love this planner. I researched a ton and like how this one has space on the opposite page for that days meals tracking and fitness so I donât have to keep flipping around. Stickers are a good idea but I donât necessarily love these. A lot donât apply to me. The back has space to write extra stuff to remember and food groups for me to write the macros for my most eaten food as quick reference.Great value for the money! Iâll order another when this is complete if Iâm still trying to lose more weight. Helps me stay on track. I use this WITH an online app and I like both. Itâs nice to see everything on paper especially what workouts I did for the day.

It is nice quality and well made, but poorly designed. Note fron photo that in row #1, column 1, “reps & weights” is printed, so the user has to write over it.Also, the cardio row is randomly stuck in the middle of the exercises. Maybe I’m just AR, but I find that annoying.
