Perfect for my old dog!
I purchased this on the advice of my old dog’s massage therapist. KD’s back legs are weak and would give out while he was eating. I spent months sitting with him and letting him rest his bottom on my lap – my back throbbed and ached, but I did what he needed me to do for him. This peanut ball saved us both! It holds him up while he eats; no more shaking legs during meal time and my back says thank you!

Comfortable, Versatile Exercise Ball
This peanut ball is not just suitable for pregnant women. It works great as a general exercise ball for anyone. I have severe arthritis so working out while standing can be very difficult, so Iâve found that exercise balls make it much easier for me to get a good workout while sitting down. When I saw this peanut-shaped ball, I just had to give it a try to see how it would compare to my normal ball. I really like it, maybe even more than my regular ball. This one seems thicker and sturdier than my normal ball and the peanut shape provides a lot of support and versatility in how I move during my workout. It comes with an air pump for inflating it but you can expect it to wear you out and take forever to inflate. Fortunately, I have a power pump and decided to use that to inflate it most of the way, then switched to the hand pump to finish getting it to my desired firmness. Overall, this is a great alternative to regular exercise balls. I will be using my peanut ball from now on.

Durable!
I bought this for my daughterâs PT/OT sessions. We have used it multiple times and there tends to be stuff underneath it so itâs rarely on a flat surface. Yet, it has never lost air.It does have a smell to it like most plastic things like that does. The smell dissipates quickly compared to other objects with the same material. While I appreciate the pump, I had to get my husband to help since itâs a hand pump and not arthritic friendly.

Is a bit more stiff than competitors
I have bought many different brand as my son loves to bounce on them. This one is extremely stiff and he goes flying when bouncing lol.

Good for Childless Cat Ladies/Lads Too!
I got this peanut ball not for labor, but to have a slightly more stable balance ball on which to do my dumbbell weight training. This is my next step before splurging on a full blown (so to speak) weight bench.I enjoyed doing chest presses and other dumbbell training moves with a more traditional “yoga ball” but they do sometimes end up rolling away mid-session for one reason or another. This peanut shape will still roll forwards or backwards, but remains stable laterally.I used a portable air compressor/tire inflator to inflate the peanut ball, but you can also use the included hand pump to do the same. It’s a very sturdy feeling pump that moves an impressive amount of air per pump. The peanut ball comes with two plugs and a plug remover tool (so you don’t have to risk your nail or puncturing the ball with a screwdriver prying the plug out). The material of the ball feels extremely sturdy. Straight out of the box, it stuck a little to itself. After the first inflation session, it didn’t feel sticky at all. I have a multi-cat household, though the ball is being kept in the “cat free workout zone” in the basement. That cat hair will still get everywhere. So far the ball doesn’t seem to be attracting any hair at all!Based on the pictures, the ball looks a little small to me, though the measurements seem correct. Maybe they just have very small-yet-very-pregnant models in the example pics? The ball will work for my purposes, but I think it might still be a bit too low for my partner (6’0″) to use except for things like incline pushups/crunches.All in all, I think this is a great interstitial step for our ever-evolving home gym set up. Looking forward to experimenting with all kinds of balance and strength exercises that employ it.
