I am a woman in my mid-20’s and have dealt with iron deficiency since I was a teenager. My iron panel blood results always come back abnormally low. For the past few months, I have been feeling the effects of iron deficiency more than ever. BUT, I have noticed one surprisingly nice benefit so far. I get to keep my edges, YAY!!Not even joking – two days after I started taking this iron, I noticed very little hair shedding during a wash day, especially around my temples and hairline where it tends to be the most. I thought it was coincidental and didn’t want to attribute it so quickly to the iron.Well, just had another wash day a few days ago. I’ve been taking my iron pill daily for over a week by now. I was actually stunned with how little hair I lost during the detangling process. It hasn’t been that little shedding in a very long time. My hair literally feels stronger and more resilient than ever. I’m honestly annoyed at how much hair I could have kept on my head if I had taken these sooner!I am feeling really motivated to keep up with my iron pills, and have been putting some vitamin c in my body when I take the pill – orange juice, or any other vit c source helps with absorption apparently. I also ordered a bottle for my mother as soon as I noticed how well my hair did during wash day. She struggles with iron deficiency and hair thinning, so I am crossing my fingers that this helps her out.I am so happy to have these supplements in my daily routine and can’t wait for the next 6-12 months of hair growth that I hope to experience!!!

Slight metallic taste. I think it’s pretty effective. I didn’t notice a huge difference in energy levels but I also wasn’t experiencing extreme fatigue or anything. I got this mostly to take during my period and after. It did cause slight constipation, but no other adverse symptoms. A little pricey but it seems like a high quality supplement.

Great Iron Supplement
I have bought this iron supplement multiple times and will continue to buy it. It does not give me issues with my stomach at all and does impact my digestive system in a negative way. My iron levels tend to be low and after I started taking this supplement, my doctor ran a blood test on me and my levels were back to normal.
