Strong Nails
I live in Denver, it’s very dry here…my nails used to always break but after taking these supplements consistently for a couple months, I started to noticed my nails being so much stronger…and they can grow out longer than I’ve ever experienced. It’s amazing! So with that being said, I can only assume it’s helping my skin and hair, too, it’s just harder to tell. I highly recommend!
