Megafood is a brand I’ve trusted for many years. These vitamins are easy on the stomach and bring a sense of well being and energy to my day. The ingredients are quality and non-gmo which I like. The serving size is 1 tablet per day, which makes it easy to keep up with. The tablets are a manageable size to swallow. There is a light smell to the pills that reminds me of an herbal food store. The only down side that I see is that the folate and B12 are synthetic, which some people with MTHFR genetics have a hard time utilizing. Price is a bit on the high end, but you get what you pay for!

I have been taking this multivitamin for years and I love the results! You can take it on an empty stomach which is a big plus. I won’t beat around the bush, the only downside is this vitamin has a horrendous aftertaste that stays in your mouth for a few seconds. I do highly recommend this product and I will continue to use it.
