Good product and customer service
The product seems well made, sturdy and was pretty simple to assemble. It took me a little over 3 hours to assemble the 12 x 20 size unit. The instructions were a little bit hard to follow but if you have any sense of how things go together they are adequate. The frame is solid and clicks together easily with lock buttons. The canvas appears heavy and durable. Doors on both ends are opened and closed by zippers. My unit had a dime size hole from a shipping accident. Not the sellers fault. The seller offered compensation that I used to get a high quality kit to patch the hole. The seller was quick to respond and helpful in correcting the problem. Hoping this unit lasts several years.

The instructions are less than useless
Materials were good and the garage went up in about 3 hours but the instructions are terrible! Had to repeat steps a number of times because the illustrations were worthless sometimes. Take your time and look at them very carefully before proceeding.

Easy Set Up
I read many complaints about the instructions for this storage unit. Just look them over first and follow the pictured instructions. That being said, I did not. Build the roof frame, install the first set of legs. Instead of putting the tarp on then, I opted to put the rest of the legs on and then pulled the tarp over the top. THEN…assemble the lower leg supports after sliding them through the pockets in the tarp. Took me about 3 hrs. to assemble completely with no help. It also took me another 4 hrs. to secure it down to asphalt with Bolt Hold asphalt anchors. Drilling 6 holes 8″ deep into asphalt is no picnic. Seems strong and very secure, time will tell how the tarp holds up.

Tarp Had multiple pin holes and a rip in it. Poles didnât clip in properly. The wholes didnât line up.Not worth the money

Brackets are not quality
The box arrived just fine. Putting it together isn’t too bad but the lower brackets that hold the cross bars together that are holding down the cover are very weak and bent while I was finishing up the install. I will have to source different brackets to withstand the force needed to keep it tight.

13×20 ft carport by Mellcom
Was disappointed shipping was very fast but product when unpacking. Where the pipes were welded together had many cracks and holes through the weld. Rear cover had 2 one inch cuts thru it. During essembly when I got to the front and rear entrance covers they were a foot short on the width just about 12ft wide when I ordered a 13 by 20. I really don’t agree with it being heavy duty with 1 1/4 inch pipes. Had to reinforce the wall and roof and secure it to a base if it was to last thru a season like Winter without folding in on itself from snow or flipping from wind. In the end the seller did refund a little of the cost and agreed to send out another entrance cover. Much appreciated
