It’s hard to tell…
We’ve been testing this product for about 3 weeks now, so it’s hard to give any accurate objective evaluations, so I’ll describe what I’ve found out thru research and comparisons with similar products. My son is being the guinea pig for this trial.
The main ingredient in this product, biotin, is the active ingredient in most other reputable and most researched products on the market. Recommended amounts varied from 2,000-10,000 mg per day in the products I investigated. This particular product comes in at the low end with 2,000 mg per day. And one must consume FOUR large capsules to achieve that amount, so it’s not exactly convenient. It does have many other ingredients which are also recommended by other products, but I cannot find whether any of these additions have actually had any clinical trials or if the recommendations are based purely on anecdotal experiences or hearsay. So as I say, it’s going to be tough to evaluate.
However, I have concluded that none of the ingredients seem to be specifically targeted for only men; the are no supplemental herbs or vitamins included that I could identify as being potentially detrimental to women or specifically helpful to men.
Other vitamins besides the biotin include A, most of the Bs, C, and E. Minerals include negligible amounts of calcium, zinc, copper. Herbal complexes include saw palmetto, bamboo, green tea, grape seed and ginkgo and a few others.
So- how to evaluate it? And why did I give it 4 stars? Because subjectively it seems to be making a bit of difference, and the ingredients seem to be standard for the other products used for the same purpose that have had clinical trials (primarily a leading product that is supposed to be specifically for women).
If we notice anything dramatic occurring in the next few months I’ll post a follow-up.

Do you really know where to look for the proper ingredients?
First of all, I just got this so I canât tell you that it works but if you look at the ingredient list, you will find out that there is a massive amount of typical vitamins that we need every day anyways so the first part is just plain healthy but then if you look at the second area under the second dark line, youâll notice that they have a lot of more ingredients which are supposed to be more of the hair thickness Building Items.
I noticed that this has a few more extra things that some of the other brands did not so I ordered this one because of that reason as if they all have the same ingredients but once got a few extra bonus ones you might as well try for the extra enhanced version Like I did
This is one of those only time will tell and I havenât decided if I want to add the foaming hairspray regime or just try the vitamins but hopefully I will add an update to this in time and let you know what I did but for now I can safely say youâll be good to buy this. Itâs not going to remove your hair if anything and if youâre fortunate, youâll have more hair growth.

So far so good – time will tell
It’s really hard to say if these supplements work well or not – it would take several months to evaluate its results. But considering I want to regrow my hair and make it thicker, I will definitely give it a shot.
With that being said, there are multiple great vitamins on the product which are beneficial anyway. The pills are easy to swallow (it’s only 1), I got no side effects, after taste or anything negative. In other words, so far so good – now it’s only a matter of keep trying it for a few months and see.

Pretty good formula
As with any vitamin formula I think it takes a good period of time to test its efficacy. So I intend to take these for 30 days or so before I really set my opinion on it. But there are good ingredients here and you could well improve scalp and many ingredients in this multivitamin are geared towards proving hair scalp. I will report back with any additional information or results as I take this more. But I have good expectations for this.
