So far, so good!
I literally just unpackaged this equipment, assembled it in less than 20 minutes, and gave it a trial run. It is lightweight, yet sturdy. I saw other reviews stating it isn’t very sturdy, but Iâm not experiencing this issue at 225 lbs. The assembly was so easy and a seamless process. Itâs pretty compact. And most importantly, once I got on it, I immediately knew that I would get a great workout. I would say itâs low impact, however it truly depends on how vigorously you work out and what type of strides you take. One can really get a great workout from this equipment! If anything changes Iâll be sure to update my review. But, I say itâs well worth it!

This stepper is affordable and easy to put together and lightweight to move around and I have back issues. I have been exercising regularly on my stepper for around 10 days now. It is a good workout and I started with only a few minutes twice daily. I would recommend.

It’s not “gym grade”
I needed this as a light weight, storable exercise machine that would give me a decent workout. It’s not a substirute for my elliptical at home but it’s good enough to get a decent workout without taking up a bunch of space. The workout takes a little getting used to, as it’s pretty much 100% leg based. But once I got the rhythm and stroke organized it gives a decent workout.
Assembly was simple, took about 10 minutes, and it folds up to fit in a closet.

Good value for the price
As much as I hate IG, Iâm glad this came across my feed. This unit is sturdy and easy to assembleâvery intuitive. And I abhor reading directions. Definitely gets my heart rate up. CONS: I wish the bar were padded and had a cup holder. For the former, I wear weightlifting gloves with extra padding, and that made a huge difference. For the latter, I moved my walking desk closer, and my water is there or I take a break. Iâm up to 30 minutes, and itâs a solid workout for the price. I would recommend to anyone who wants cardio without the gym hassle. My quads and hamstrings are happy again.

It’s easy to use
I wish you could tighten the bands to make more tension. I would also like to know if the steps positions play a part in what part of the body you’re working. The instructions don’t let you know. It states you can work your stomach muscles but I haven’t figured out how.

Great machine for small spaces.
I wanted a stepper because i don’t always get out to the hiking trails, especially in the fall and winter with the shorter daylight hours. This was very easy to assemble, lightweight to fold and carry away. I like the sturdy and secure packaging it came in as well. Honestly don’t know why some people are rating it lower, obviously for the price and size it’s not going to function like gym grade equipment. I love it.

Kind of flimsy
We bought it for training for a firefighting test and it’s very flimsy for a 225 pound guy. It says it holds 300 pounds but I highly doubt that!!!
