Good Companion for Yoga
I recently purchased the MIAOMIAO Non-Slip Hot Yoga Towel Set and was pleasantly surprised by its performance. The microfiber material is super absorbent, which makes it perfect for hot yoga or any sweat-intensive workout. At 24.5″ x 72″, it fits my standard yoga mat perfectly, covering it entirely BUT does not stay truly secure in place during more dynamic movements (which makes sense because of the price).The anti-slip design is a standout feature, that does not work well with socks. However, I feel it helps keep me stable during poses, reducing the risk of slipping and potential injury. It grips well to the mat and provides a sense of confidence during my practice. Good microfiber yoga mat towel
This fits well over most yoga mats. The microfiber is super absorbent and non-slip during my hot yoga sessions. Threw it in the washer a few times now and no change in texture. Still worked great after.

Great mat for intended use
Iâm happy with this towel. Itâs good quality with nice stitching, and it works as youâd expect a microfiber towel to work (itâs absorbent and quick drying). I really have nothing negative to say about it. Based upon reviews Iâve seen posted for similar products, though, I do want to emphasize that this product is not designed to be used as a standalone yoga mat. Folks might mistake this for a travel mat by just looking at the pictures, but this is really designed to lay on top of a yoga mat to collect sweat (and prevent you from losing grip from the sweat during hard workouts), and it serves as a barrier for folks who may use community mats provided by the yoga studio. This is a thin towel, so donât be disappointed to find that it has no padding or that it slides around when laid directly on a smooth surface (like a hardwood floor).That said, I do personally intend to use this towel as a makeshift yoga mat when I travel to hotels. My yoga mats are far too big to travel with (especially on a plane), and hotel bath towels arenât big enough. This towel on carpet is reasonably stable for stretching and to prevent direct contact with a dirty floor. Again, thatâs not its intended purpose, but itâs doable.If you do use this as intended, itâs a great product.

This is an excellent yoga towel and can versatility be used for yoga, hot yoga and Pilates, as a mat or as a towel. I use it after runs to keep my floor and/or mat protected from sweat. It stays in place well and is quick to dry. It washes well in the washer. Great value!
