I bought this to complete physical therapy at home. Itâs the perfect size for my hip abduction isometric exercises. Easy to inflate with the included inflator. Non slip surface is easy to hold onto. Nice shade of purple. Good choice for the money.

Iâm very happy with this ball.
I use these balls to exercise my stomach, sides, and lower back, pretty much all crunches to build âarmorâ for boxing / kickboxing. The smaller balls seem to give me a more intense work out than the larger balls. Previously I used 9âballs, which are great, and decided to bring it down to the smaller diameter, 6â. I didnât notice a nasty smell as I opened the package, and absolutely no problem while using the ball. I know some people are more sensitive to plastic smells, I donât seem to have that problem. So far holds the pressure that I have it set at. Very happy with the ball.

As soon as I opened the packaging, I smelled a very strong and pungent chemical odor. The packaging was also not sealed properly. I do not recommend this product and would like to return it.
