Excellent!
I’ve always wanted to meditate, and have tried before, it just seems too time consuming and causes me more stress just tying to get it right. I really appreciated the Myth busters, especially 11 and 12. The special bonus inside was a really cool surprise, im looking forward to getting it. I was able to do the breathing techniques as they were clearly described. I normally get dizzy when i try them but did not this time…yay! The strategies offered for fitting meditation into my busy schedule were also very helpful. Mindfulness really is a beautiful thing. I will be using this book as a daily guide. I highly recommend.
