Great price and formula. It is creamy and draws on smooth. This product will smudge however. I was looking for something to tightline my eyes but this is not the right product. Even on my eyelid, it will smudge.

Just soft enough to draw a nice line without pulling on tender eyelid skin
Sure you could pay more for a fancy brand but why would you want to? I’ve had it with the twist-up liners that always seem to break off and I’m back to using the more dependable liner pencils. I’ve got a good but cheap pencil sharpener with a little cover that catches the shavings so liner pencils aren’t even messy. I like the nice even line I get with this. Great price, great product.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess- itâs not creamy and does not glide smoothly. Tip is too sharp, not exactly designed for the waterline where kohl is supposed to be worn.
