Magic…for nails?
I purchased this with the hope of a bit more hair growth. As I approach 50, the years of bleaching my hair are catching up with me. Alas, no luck on my hair, but dang, these my nails strong and long. While the search for a hair help continues, I will continue to buy these for the nail benefit.

I haven’t been using this for super long but I really like the taste! Monday has a great haircare products so I wanted to give these a try in combo with their shampoo and conditioner.I like this product because it doesn’t have gelatin and giving me biotin to strengthen my hair and nails. They have cute shapes that make it easy to remember which vitamin is which, sometimes I take a handful, and like I already said, they are very tasty. I’m looking forward to my hair growing long and strong!

I LOVE THESE GUMMIES! I’ve tried everything, biotin capsules, oils, sugarbearhair, nothing worked but then on a whim, i bought these at ulta. i gave them a go for a month (which is what one bottles supply is) and i saw the best results! My hair grew so much and I have a lot of thinner hair at my roots, but the growth was so noticeable! So i re-upped and got 2 more here and paired it with the ouai scalp serum and it is the absolute perfect concoction for hair growth!
