Absolute BEST customer service and high quality product!
I ordered this monogrammed handkerchief to give to my husband on our daughter’s wedding day. After placing the order, I realized that we would already be traveling to the out of state wedding by the time my order would arrive. I contacted the seller and much to my surprise she contacted me immediately! Offered another option; which wouldn’t work on my end. After emailing back and forth a couple of times, I asked if the order could be shipped to another address instead of the one I requested. She happily obliged and we received the handkerchief before the wedding. It was in a beautiful box with a bow. The handkerchief was exactly as I ordered, it was so soft and now will be a treasure for my husband. Thank you so, so much Oleg! $17 plus $7.99 shipping would have been entirely worth it for a set of pocket squares. For one? Not so much. While the quality is great and the presentation was nice, one handkerchief absolutely wasn’t worth the money, and I should have paid more attention to the fine print.
